• Rooms too small and needs upgrading.

• Good activities, good food.
• Improve language barrier problems.

“Great place for R&R. Great food options. Got to try out the horseback riding, it's worth your money!! Horses are good looking and willing to gallop along the beach. The scenery is unbelievable. Would recommend to anyone!”

• Great Golf course .
• Very POOR Customer Service--No service mentality!!

“I went to this resort because I read in a Travel magazine it's the best. I purchase their honeymoon package and all of the things that we were suppose to receive we did not get initially and they are very slow in regards to service. If you are use to being served drinks around the pool and the beach do not go because they do not do that. I speak Spanish and was having a very bad time so if you do not speak Spanish you should look at another location. They are not very accommodating to AMERICANS. Basically Europeans and Spanish are the makeup of the resort. In the magazine it stated that this is the NEW Caribbean NOT!!!! I was so disappointed and frustrated my entire time I was there hoping that it would change. ”
