Friendly staff, nice weather, good food, nice beach.
Definitely NOT for singles, wavy sea, the sea is dirty although it is frequently cleaned.

“The Riu Taino is a nice hotel in the heart of the Riu complex in Punta Cana. I usually go to Club Med and I could find almost all the ingredients for an excellent vacation. Two little problems, though. The place is not intended for singles who must have their dinner all alone at their little table. Besides, the sea is more or less always wavy and dirty. It is sometimes so dirty that there are black patches near the beach. ”
