• The hotel was attractive and had very comfortable beds.

• The office staff responded very quickly to any request or problem that arose. The room was very quiet.
• Our waiter in the hotel restaurant treated us very poorly.

“Despite our problem in the restaurant the hotel our stay was very pleasant. We told the staff about our poor service and they addressed the problem immediately. If you want a room with a view this is not your hotel. If you want a peaceful quiet nights sleep in a very clean hotel and close to the I-5 this is the place for you.”

• Very convenient to many locations and facilities.
• Nothing that I can think of.

“I would revisit this hotel, unless I can get a better price at an equal quality hotel. The atmosphere is very nice, staff friendly and helpful. I did not have a chance to eat at the restaurant, but I understand that it is great dining. It is a restful place and quiet.”

• I liked the free parking, layout of hotel, and price.
• A lot of used soap left in bathroom sink.

• Friendly staff, nice garden area, cleans room and bathroom.
• Don't like building format. Far walk from lobby to room because of separate buildings.

“We only stayed one night and I traveled with family. My parents and nephews woke up early to enjoy a morning swim and spa time which they said were great and were able to relax in the garden area until checkout. I actually didn't do any of that, but the staff was friendly and everything was clean. And loved the complimentary cookies at check-in!”

• The decor was definitely our taste, wish the pool; l stayed open longer.
• Not enough coffee in room!

“The landscape is fabulous, it takes you to another place. All the trees and foliage really make it feel like your far away from home. It was nice while it lasted. I would definitely liked to have stayed and extra day!”

• The grounds, bed, free parking and proximity to freeway.
• The new flat panel TV would not always turn on.

“This is a very nice hotel with a resort like feeling. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The flat panel TV that was recently added to the room failed to turn on consistently. I don't understand why they put in flat panel HD screens if they don't provide an HD signal. I'd visit again though.”

• The room was nicer then I thought it would be.
• We had to have the blinds closed at all time because of people walking by.

• The front desk was excellent.
• They offered me a discount card for breakfast and dinner and then did not honor it at the restaurant.

• Beautiful room, pool, Jacuzzi, gym. Staff was awesome.
• Location very congested area, hard to find hotel after running errands.

“This hotel was great. The room, pool, Jacuzzi, gym was very clean and relaxing. I wanted to commend you on your beds, the beds were so comfortable, and it was very hard to wake up. All and all, this hotel was awesome, and we will be returning. Thank you very much.”

• The beds and furnishings were extremely comfortable and nice.
• It seemed a little outdated, but still nice. There was not a vent in the shower so it steamed up to easily.

• Location was awesome; grounds were attractive, nice fitness center, and friendly staff.
• The swimming pool was a little cold.

“The La Jolla Sheraton is a great beach escape. There are plenty of shopping and dining opportunities within walking distance. It is also close to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Lego land. The hotel itself is clean, attractive, well equipped, and the staff is helpful locating and supplying directions if needed.”

• It was right off of I-5 and that made it easy to get around. It was very clean too.
• There is traffic noise, which didn't bother us but might bother others.

“We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. It was close to the highway which made it easy for us to get around. We will definitely stay there again.”
