• The location was good.
• We were on the first floor.

“The room was nice. I didn't like being on the first floor. The room was smaller than I thought it was going to be based on the online description. But it was adequate. Nice bathroom. The front desk called after we were in our room and was trying to tell me that I booked a room with 2 queens. Luckily I had printed my reservation that showed I booked a King room. The valet was terrific and very helpful with questions.”

• Overall the hotel should have been a nice experience.
• My children and I experienced bites overnight and the staff appeared completely disinterested.

“The room was small but adequate with comfortable beds. It is hard to say much nice about a hotel stay after myself and my children awaken with bites, and even harder when the front desk does not appear to care when told about our experience.”

• Room condition a little worn.

“Excellent staff that stayed out of your way, but helpful when needed. Great pedestrian-friendly area with lots of shopping & restaurants. Sightseeing & beaches a quick drive away. Very convenient free parking. Nice free breakfast. Clean and quiet rooms in a great upscale area.”
