• It was cheap and served it's purpose.
• There was no refrigerator.

“The hotel was what I expected from the level, but should have had a fridge in the room.”

• Nice people work there.
• They keep one swimming pool open at a time.

“Nice place, better than 11 other similar star level place I stayed in the last 3 years. Stayed there 6 nights and would go back there again. I always leave do not enter/disturb sign at the door, this is the first hotel left towels in a plastic bag at the door (and they did not enter) when I was not there.”

• I liked the staff.
• The air conditioner was loud/broken, swimming pool hours were short (4-7 outdoor, and 7-9 indoor and whirlpool).

“The hotel wasn't bad. Rooms were small but enough. Staff was very friendly and I liked the 24 hour availability. Location was great. On the bad side, the swimming pool hours were very limited. I am someone who can't stay in the sun too long, so staying on the beach isn't much of an option. They offered an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool with a whirlpool. However, those facilities were only open from 4 pm to 9 pm when the life guard was there. The life guard was staying outdoors until 7 pm, so I could only swim after 7 pm when he was moving indoors. Also, the air conditioner started making loud noise during my last night, and the beds were rather on the softer side and I came home with a back pain.”

• The entire staff was very friendly and most accommodating.
• Lack of refrigerator in room to store food/drinks.

“While the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean, the bathrooms need a general fixer/upper. The toilet and bathtub/shower seem like they've been there a very long time and need replacing.”

• The staff was extremely nice. Best hotel ever stayed in!
• Nothing.

“We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was so nice. Always trying to help n one way or another. The pool had a lifeguard so we felt safe letting our older kids swim without us there. Stayed over a holiday weekend and had a great time.”

• The staff was pleasant. The room was clean.
• The stay was too short this time and we couldnt take it to Hawaii.

• The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They seemed happy we were there.
• The continental breakfast was full of sugary foods with not many healthy options.

“This hotel is located near the cape cod mall and Hyannis airport. But don't let that stop you from considering it, because it is a great location to stay and enjoy your visit to the cape. This Days inn is much better that other Days inn I have stayed at in the past. The room was clean and cleaned promptly after we left for the day. The bed was comfortable, and about what I would expect for this price range. The best part was the front desk staff who were knowledgeable about the area, and suggested restaurants and points of interest we might be interested in, as well as highlighting them for us on a map. If we were going to stay in Hyannis again on a budget, I would stay here again.”

• Very accommodating staff and convenient location.
• Smoke free room still ended up getting some smoke through a hole above the sink vanity.

“Great location and very accommodating staff. Quick check-in/check-out process. Easy access to room. Decent free continental breakfast. Good value. You can not go wrong with this Days Inn.”

• Rear patio which made it easy to unload and load luggage.
• The bed was cheap and hard, cheap linen and comforter.

“This hotel is in a good location with many activities and restaurants close by. The room is outdated and the bed, linens & pillows are of very poor quality. This hotel would be good for young people to pass out in that are not concerned with comfort. The staff was really nice and the overall appearance was clean.”

• Cleanliness and special accents left by chambermaids. Continental breakfast was free and it was very close to all attractions.
• Loud partying that we had to complain about, eventually hotel had to call the police. Kept us up all night.

• Very clean, great indoor pool with friendly lifeguard and front desk.
• Disappointed in generic tasting English muffins/pastries/bagels.

“Great family hotel with friendly staff from the housekeepers to the lifeguard. Nothing fancy but very clean and convenient to everything. Breakfast is free and good. Pool has lifeguard which was comforting when you have a little one in pool. Right next to Cape Cod Mall and near all attractions/shops. All rooms have balcony's which would be nice in the Summer. Great family getaway hotel. No frills but comfy! Will be back.”
