• Good price and good quality. Breakfast was sufficient.
• No problems.

“The Hotel was fairly inexpensive but the price was relative to the condition. Nothing fancy. Everything was very clean and orderly. Plenty of space. It is an older hotel and it shows in some areas but it wasn't anything that posed a problem for us.”

“Staff was friendly and promptly mailed my credit card back to me which I left at the front desk. Room was a bit smelly (a prior guest must have had a cat.) Location was great. “This motel was exactly what I was hoping for. Nothing fancy, but it was a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a nice, clean and reasonably priced room to rest your head after a full day of sun and fun. Staff was nice and helpful, pool was clean and the location convenient to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. I'd stay again.”

• The location was excellent and the price was fair.
• The bathroom toilet could have been cleaner and they forgot to leave soap when they cleaned the room.

“The hotel price was fair for what you get in the room. The room did not offer any anemities other than a small refrigerator and a hairdryer. I wish the room had an iron and ironing board. The room was a bit old fashion. It could use some updating. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.”

• Very clean, neat, modern rooms, and
  well located.

“I've stayed in hundreds of hotels being on the road for business and pleasure. This hotel is reasonably priced, this is a modern updated facility, loved the updated, very clean room, a nice continental breakfast is included. Very helpful and friendly staff. It appeared very kid friendly. I would recommend this reasonably priced hotel to anyone. I'll be back again soon.”

• Being on the second floor for carting luggage.

“The room was very nice and comfortable. My husband preferred this firmer mattress. The room was cleaned well in between our two nights stay. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were very helpful.”

• Proximity to the Hyannis Ferries.
• Inadequate privacy, no printer for the computer, inadequate breakfast.

“this is an older horseshoe styled motel about fifteen minutes walking from the ferries. older beds, no fitted sheets, inadequate computer facilities and borderline wireless. The shower was good. TV with limited stations. Nearby Irish Pub has great hamburgers and friendly staff.”

• Shabby room furnishings, lack of storage space in bathroom.

“If you are looking for a basic hotel, this is it. It is clean, the room is large, but furnishings are very tired, and there is no space to set toiletries in the small bathroom.”

• The housekeeping service was great (without being asked to, the beds were done and towels changed every day), and the front desk was very helpful.
• Breakfast time span is inconvenient. It should be from 7 to 10.

• It was extremely close to the main strip.
• Everything was fine.

“This hotel fit our needs. It was clean and close to what we wanted. I saw the indoor and outdoor pools but did not use them, looked good though.”

• Poor quality, bug bites, dirty bed sheet.

“Not recommended for travelers. Expensive, but poor quality. I found many hairs on the bed sheet from previous travels. Not sure they even changed sheet at all. Half of the lights in the room are broken. When I first open the door of the room, it smells like a smoking room although the owner said it is non-smoking. Also, in order to save money, the owner turn off the air conditioner. So when we first enter the room, it was so humid and hot. It was end of July, and it was 95 degrees out. It took 30 minutes for the room to cool down.”

• Indoor pool was nice. The kids were able to jump in from the deep end.
• The bathroom had no sink space and the sink was in the bathroom as oppose to being out of it.
