• The cleanliness and warmth of the room.
• The location of the room was on first floor near back entrance lots of foot traffic.

“Great for a weekend getaway to visit different places around the Cape.”

• Close to harbor.
• Uncomfortable bed, did not change sheets, did not feel clean.

“Positive - Hotel located across from harbor. Negative - Room did not feel clean, one pool was green with algae, and maid service did not change sheets on bed. Hotel attempted to charge me twice for previously paid room. No follow up from management. Hotel star rating (2 1/2) was overrated. Should be no more than 1 star rating”

• Staff very courteous and accommodating.
• Slight odor throughout the halls. Maybe because of proximity to water.

“Good Value. Friendly staff. Clean rooms/hotel. Not luxurious but for 2&1/2 stars very respectable.”

“Spent half hour waiting to check in, the girl working was very rude! arguing with me, staring me up and down, Very dissatisfied, will not recommend it neither will I ever step foot in that place again!”

• Staff, room did not meet expectations overall.

“There were cigarette butts in the Kiddies Pool. The Jacuzzi was green and there was food (grapes, hot dog pieces) in the bottom and we observed staff merely adding more water, yawning and not bothering to clean the mess. The pool closed at nine. Restaurant food was terrible and overpriced. We were supposed to have a private seating area on a balcony and were instead given a corner room with no balcony, no counter in the bathroom, room smelled, and comforter was dirty. The staff was not engaged at all and did not seem to care about meeting the needs of their guests. The bartender Stephanie was the only good staff person and was doing a great job until she decided to openly berate and make fun of another guest after he left the bar area with her friends and co-workers. This has potential to be an excellent hotel, first I would fire all of the staff and start over.”

• Location, good spacious rooms, decent breakfast, Wi-Fi access.
• Steep stairs to my room, no coffee maker.

“Overall it was a nice hotel. Clean spacious room, clean linen, nice balcony, good breakfast (bagels, bread, tea, coffee, coffee cakes, muffins, cereals, milk, orange juice etc. No fruits though). Common facilities were also nice and clean. Staff was also good and helpful. Only thing that was a problem was that my room was on the second floor. Having a 1 year old child, I had to carry her and a lot of stuff up the stairs, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The hotel staff offered help as they had no rooms on the lower floor. Also, the room had no coffee maker.”

• The beds, the breakfast, the rooms, the refrigerator.

“It was a very unkempt hotel, The room was dirty. The view from the room was of a dirty parking lot. The beds were hard as a rock.”

• Close to beach and ferry, very convenient for vacation schedule.
• The room is too noisy during the night.

• Hotel was in excellent spot.
• Sheets on bed were full of hair, bad Informed management with no response from manager.

“It was unfortunate that this hotel, with a great location, was not clean. It may have been their laundry system that caused the hairs in the bed but that was disgusting to find. The management never responded upon at least 4 times trying to contact while at the hotel and from home following departure.”

• Very convenient to all things that I want to do on this trip such as the beach, the ferry to Matha Vineyard, the town etc.
• I requested a room near the indoor pool and I didn't got the room.

“The price is good for off season stay. One thing I didn't like is the room I asked for is too far from the indoor pool. I told the concierge that I want the room near the pool, but I felt she want to reserve those rooms for something else. The hotel wasn't crowd when we stayed.”

• The location was across from the ferry service to nan tucket
• filthy/mildew rugs filthy window ants in room/horrible!!!

“when we checked in they said for the price we paid we coulnt have a king size bed and put us in a smoking room. we got to change to a non smoking room but the windows were so dirty you couldnt see outside.They advertise balcony which was falling apart wood overlooking another building and parking lot/It was smelly.”

• Definately not a 3 star motel - 2 at best.

“Motel was built probably in the late 60s or early 70s. Was not very clean and continental breakfast was a joke - dirty meeting room with bad food. ”

• The hotel was located close enough to the beach, the cruise line, the mall and it was easy to find once off the highway
• Room were not vaccumed while we were there and carpets were dirty

“The hotel was nice with 2 pools. The rooms AC worked well to cool us on the hot days. Noise from other rooms were minimum. The hotel is not new so there are the usual wear to the rooms but everything from the shower to the fridge worked. My wife would have preferred a cleaner looking room since the carpet hadn't been vaccumed and the bathroom could have used a good scrubbing.”

“for a 2 1/2 star hotel in hyannis, this is a excellent value! it's across the street from the boat to nantucket and within walking distance to the downtown area of hyannis. a recently renovated hotel, i found it to be clean and friendly. i would stay there again.”
