• Great location, nicely appointed room.
• Smoky smell in bathroom.

“This is a nice hotel if you want to stay near restaurants and shopping while in Hyannis. The hotel and room was in good condition, however, when we walked in our room we could smell smoke. It is a 100% non-smoking hotel, so we weren't sure if a cleaning person had smoked in the bathroom prior to our arrival. We closed the door to the bathroom and it didn't seem as bad. Around 6 am the smell of smoke awoke us.”

• clean, close to shopping centre, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and what I expected in relation to " star level"

• Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
• Breakfast was not included. We did have the buffet and it was above expectations.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable and the in room refrigerator was a nice feature. There were two complimentary computers in a nice area off the lobby we used to check email. Rooms were spacious enough.”

• Clean, well decorated, seemed safe and good heat in the winter.
• Nothing I did not like.

• Clean, comfortable beds, quality finishes and very nice pool.
• Hotel room was small.

“We really have no complaints about this hotel. It was the nicest one we have ever stayed at. The quality finishes, comfortable bed and nice linens made for a very comfortable stay. And the wonderful pool was a delight to our two children. We would gladly stay here again.”

• It was clean and the mattress was very comfortable.
• There was no comfortable chair in the room--only the desk chair.

• We enjoyed the easy access to the surrounding malls.
• The microwave oven did not work properly and there was no lamp on the table.

“We found this hotel to be very nice and would certainly stay there again. It has a pool and fitness room along with laundry facilities for guests to use if needed. We especially enjoyed its close proximity to the shopping malls and restaurants.”

“The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were great. There was a small refrigerator in the room which was great for keeping drinks and snacks cold. The indoor pool was open late, so you can take advantage of it after a long day at the beach.”
