• Location and clean rooms.
• The reception staff was very rude.

“Location wise it’s a good spot, rooms are clean. But office staff is very rude and unfriendly, even on phone and person. The breakfast area is a mess at breakfast time. Appliances don't work. like toasters, waffle maker, runs out of supplies, breakfast area very small compared to the number of people that occupies the hotel.”

• Friendly staff and excellent continental breakfast.
• The waste baskets in the room are way too small. Only one.

“Have stayed here several times in the past year on visits to the cape. Never disappointed. They run a fine operation that they should be proud of.”

• The breakfast was good, the pool was nice and the staff friendly.
• The room was very tired looking, the entrance door was not hung properly, had to slam it to close it.

“Overall not to bad, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas were clean. The breakfast was good. The only eyesore was our room. I'm hoping it was the only one like that because some people would surely not be impressed.”

• Location only.
• No frills. Cheap, cramped, and outdated rooms.

“The hotel is well situated. Very mediocre in every way. Dirty acrylic cramped bathtubs. No space to change. Small sinks. Just super uncomfortable. Lousy cheap TV with poor reception & selection was nil! The free breakfast was marginal at best. Coffee was awful. Boiled eggs like rubber golf balls. Hideous! I couldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Just gross.”

• Stayed there before. Good value, and knew what to expect.
• Beds and pillows seemed a little old.

“Well located and family friendly. Was good choice for quick get a way, and price was reasonable for high season. Facilities were clean, and free breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. Stayed there before, and would recommend as a mid level priced hotel.”

• Most spotless indoor pool I¿ve encountered.
• Location was acceptable-not great. Fridge was not plugged in.

• King size bed, no smoking/no pet rooms, and the cleanliness.
• Called for directions when very near the hotel and the staff was unfriendly.

“Everything met my expectations perfectly. The only complaint I have was with the person who gave us directions to the hotel. Seemed impatient and intolerable that we didn't know if we should be going north or south on the road that the hotel is on. A little more patience and understanding would have been nice.”

• Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, extensive "light" breakfast.
• No elevator, small bathroom.

• Cable TV, close to major attractions.
• Heavy traffic on frontage street, hard to get out.

“Clean and well kept up. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to meet my needs. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Cape Cod.”

• Great value for the money. Clean. Pool area very nice. Comfortable, recently updated rooms. Decent breakfast. Nice pool area.
• Room comfortable but small. Location on main road in commercial area. Near sites, but have to drive.

“This is an excellent hotel for the price. The room was newly renovated and comfortable, but small. The pool area was very nice. The water was warm and the hot tub was large enough for several people. The hotel is on a main road in a commercial area, but only miles away from tourist locations. There is a gas station across the street and stores and restaurants about a mile down the road. Great location for excursions into Cape Cod.”

• Mattresses are too firm; no give, and air conditioner very loud.

• It had the fitness equipment I like.
• No low calorie selections in breakfast buffet (for example, low cal cereal or skim milk).

“The Comfort Inn was just that...comfortable...beds were fairly new...TV, a/c worked well, nice worktable in room, but could have used chair to match...some draw pulls missing. Poorly maintained iron & board, which was replaced by staff when brought to their attn.”
