• Well-located. Felt safe. Clean.
• Bathroom needed updating.

“This was a three star hotel, but I think it was more like 2 1/2 stars. It was fun being able to try out a sleep number bed. We could easily hear children playing in the hallway. The person at the reception desk was helpful, and let us check in early. We would stay there again, and the price was right.”

• It was easy to find.
• Its overall condition - poorly maintained.

“A very tired property in desperate need of renovation - tacky to the max. Lousy location directly across from the airport - where they start flying at 5 am. Stay away.”

• Price was good, room was nice
• No hot tub, didn't like the restaurant

“Overall a fine place to stay if you're looking for a clean hotel and relatively comfortable place to stay.No hot tub at the pool, rooms have "Sleep Number" beds which aren't much if any better than most regular hotel beds.Not really anything to do within walking distance of the location, but only a short drive to a lot of restaurants and attractions”

• There was a smelly trash can in the hall.

“It was great if you weren't looking for a hotel with a nice pool. The beds were fantastic. I have a little trouble with my back. After sleeping on that bed my back felt great in the morning.”

• Location: walking distance to downtown.
• Air conditioner, poor shuttle service, pool closes early.

“The decor is vintage 1970's. Hotel is across the street from an airport. The main road (root 28) can be backed up for miles. The pool has a lifeguard, but they close the pool when the lifeguard is not there, so access is limited. The free shuttle offered by the hotel is almost useless given the limited times it runs. The AC unit did not work. The general area is quite run-down for a vacation location.”

• Awesome workout room!
• Front lobby was very nice, but most other public areas were in need of sprucing up.

“Best workout room I've ever seen in a hotel! It was formerly a Gold's Gym and has more equipment than I've ever seen anywhere. Staff was superior at every turn. Sleep number beds were not comfortable. Every time my husband laid down on the bed next to me, my side popped up like an old waterbed we used to have. I ended up trying to sleep on top of a little hill! Finally moved to the other bed in the room.”

• We liked the price for the quality of the room.
• The pool looked green in color.

“The hotel was an excellent. It was a short walk to town, and we were able to use the elaborate fitness center for no cost. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Door at far end of hotel was kept locked and did not allow entry with room key.

• Very quiet, spacious rooms.
• Non-smoking room still smelled of smoke; especially noticeable when we came home and unpacked and the clothes smelled like cigarette smoke.

“There seems to be a new hotel trend in having the entire facility non-smoking and you are made to sign a statement that there will be an extra charge if you smoke in the room. As a non-smoker, I was really thrilled to see this development; however, at the hotel, their ionic cleansing does not work as well as they think, as our non-smoking rooms still smelled of smoke.”

• Good facilities, amenities you want and expect from a solid chain hotel.
• Some things looked old and the bathroom door was peeling.

“Had a good experience. Central and convenient location with a bike or car. Though you don't have anything right outside of the hotel except high traffic and the airport, the main street is really close. Good gymnasium facilities and pool wasn't bad. In terms of the room, some things looked old - bathroom door was peeling. We didn't like how the door was thin and could hear every conversation in the hallway. In terms of hotel service, would have been nice if they were more proactive to let me know about things we forgot at the hotel room. I had to call them that evening (around 6 PM). I left the hotel and the next morning to follow up. I guess they have a big hotel so they don't get around to things. The good thing was that they did help arrange the item I left to be shipped overnight.”

• I don't believe the restaurant was open for breakfast.

“Our family was satisfied with our stay at the Radisson Inn. The restaurant food choices were great. The teenagers enjoyed the pizzas. Rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful.”

• It was convenient to most local attractions, very clean and the hotel staff was very personable.
• One morning while we were still sleeping a maintenance man was outside our window hammering. Of course it woke us up! I complained but nothing was done.

“Our overall experience was so wonderful that we would stay at the Radisson again when we are visiting Cape Cod.”
