• There were little extras in the room; although I did not use everything there was an iron/ironing board, and a coffee maker.
• The continental was mostly white bread and sugary pastries; the fruit was mediocre. I have high standards though.

“I stayed for the night and found it too satisfactory. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was not terribly healthy, white and sugary mostly but I brought food with me so it was fine. I liked the little touches of iron and coffee maker and the offer of anything that might be needed in the way of toiletries. For me it was a fine place to spend the night.”

• Clean, safe, good staff.
• Poor TV cable channel selection.

“A decent, clean place. Everything worked okay, the staff was attentive and friendly. I have stayed here several times with no complaints except that they could have a better cable selection.”

• I have chemical sensativities and they let me check the room first.
• The ramp was very difficult, I had knee replacements and found it difficult.

“The staff was very accommodating; they helped me get my luggage in and fixed fresh coffee for me.”

• Spiders in room and hall.

“Room clean. ARC. dripped all night into room. Ruined a pair of UGG boots. Called staff and they refused to call manager saying it was his holiday. Girl at desk called me a liar saying the boots did not cost that much. All you could have is toast or cereal. A nightmare hotel.”

• Morning breakfast was fresh and available early in the day.
• None. Everything was great.

“I'm likely to choose this motel over any others. It suited my budget and had all the amenities I was looking for. Staff was friendly, and morning breakfast was the best part. I didn't have to worry about looking around for breakfast places early in the morning. I was able to feed my kids and hit the road on time in the morning.”

• The room was spacious and clean. Freshly renovated, good location for bus to NYC.
• The breakfast wasn't very good.

“I was expecting a dive for the price. I was extremely surprised and impressed. The hotel was freshly renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. Took my wife and two children. They didn't have any rooms with two beds so I ended up on the floor which was really the only big gripe that I had. It had a great location for quick transportation to NYC, close to several restaurants, easy to find right off the highway. Very pleased. Would stay again.”

• Very inexpensive, adequate accommodations for staying a night.
• One of the two rooms I was in, was filthy. Rooms are a little run down.

“If it were not for the first room I stayed in being so filthy, I would have been very impressed. Once I got another room I was quite happy. I would likely stay here again if I just needed a place to spend a night.”

• The hotel fit our needs a place to sleep, was clean, the sink is outside of the bathroom is helpful when doing make-up, and was not really expensive.
• The hotel was under some construction, and the only thing that had not been remodeled was the bathrooms.

“The hotel is nicer then my college dorms. It was very clean looking. things were being remodeled. The only things that were unappealing was the bathroom and the landscaping. The bathroom was clean just not remodeled. It was just after winter no plants were growing. The place was quiet and clean.”

• Price, location.
• Poor maintenance, broken door lock, water dripping all night.

“Pillows were flat as a blanket. The timer on the microwave ticked all night. The compressor on the mini fridge never shut off, water was dripping or running somewhere outside the room all night. The security chain for the door was lying on the floor.”

“Warning, bad security and dirty room. I was displeased to see hair on bathroom floor and dirty blankets & bedspreads upon checking into my room. The next morning I left the room temporary leaving a camera and accessories in my overnight bag. Four hours later I returned to my room to refresh and pick up my camera. At that time I found that someone had gone through my belongings and stolen my camera as well as the charger and spare battery. Upon reporting the theft to management I was told that I must be mistaken, as this was not possible. I was totally insulted and made to feel like a liar instead of a victim. I was not mistaken. There are crooks with access to the rooms!”

• It was just okay. I really understood for the first time 1-star.
• The appearance (they are remodeling) and the entrance to the main desk.

• Hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and room bathrooms are disgusting.

“This hotel does not qualify for one star. The peeling paint, 40 year old bathtub, broken toilet seat and peel and stick tiles barely qualify this hotel for human occupancy.”
