• Located less than 1 mile for shopping, and the banking needs.
• Hotel did not have hot water available for several hours. Was unable to shower till following day.

“Hotel was very nice and clean. However hard to get back onto highway in the east direction. Rooms were cleaned everyday and had a nice exercise room for workouts.”

• Quiet, clean, convenient, tastefullt decorated.
• Overpriced restaurant. No other option.

“The restaurant was disappointing. Mediocre food with a high price tag. Should have anither tastier, more interesting option.Loud music. When asked to make it softer they were almost rude when they said that others would enjoy the music. We were the only ones there at the time.”

• Room style was well laid out.
• The room was filthy - carpet, furniture and bedbugs!

“Maybe ok, after its remodel, but not now. Our room was very dirty, and unmaintained. Sink cabinet was falling apart. Dirty carpet left my son's feet black. Dirty furniture too. Tub had mildew. I could have stayed in a cleaner motel on the highway.”

• It is time to upgrade the TVs to flat screens.

• It was very clean.
• Heat did not work and was not fixed.

“I requested that the room be checked for a heating problem. I had the thermostat at 90 and it was still chilly in the room. No one ever came to check on it and I was there for 2 1/2 days.”

• Room was freezing!

“Older hotel but nice decor. Not family friendly. All business travelers. Our room was nice, clean but nothing special. However, it was freezing and the heater produced lots of noise and little heat. This made for a tough sleep environment.”

• Recently renovated, all new carpet, walls, new bathrooms and great heavenly beds. Very safe and quiet.
• Nothing.

“The Hilton is a wonderful hotel. Beautiful rooms and public space. I would stay at the Hilton every time I travel to Parsippany - which is weekly.”

• I loved the appearance of the whole hotel and was excited that they had a pool for my child.
• There was some construction going on in the hotel, it was very loud and disruptive.

• Too many conventioneers, but I understand the need for the hotel.

• The hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff helpful.
• I am highly allergic to mold, needless to say I sneezed the entire time I was in the room.

“The room was nice upon entering, but upon further inspection the floor was dirty, it was short on towels and did not have a mini fridge. I had to pay extra for that. It is not in a touristy section of town but is a good location for the business traveler. The Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is in the lobby and was outstanding. This would not be my first choice to stay in again.”

• Miles long walk to room; hotel restaurants closed.

“Rooms are nice, when/if they finish remodeling. The bare light bulbs are ugly. Hotel restaurant closed; other restaurant in hotel - Chris - will not permit singles to eat at tables.”

“Overall the hotel was ok, I wasn't highly impressed or completely dissatisfied. There was trouble locating my room early on when I called to request a room type. I was transferred to several locations and eventually after about 20 minutes they located my reservation. This was discouraging, but did not ruin my trip. The location of the hotel was good although it is located on a divided highway and when traveling in the opposite direction, you have to travel out of your way to get to the hotel.”
