• Location, pool, value.
• Insufficient room lighting (could not work in room), sheets had cigarette burn holes, and towels were threadbare.

“When you're outside looking in things seem fine. Not so in reverse (inside looking out).”

• First section had large rooms and sliding glass doors.
• Could have used an elevator.

“Very clean comfortable hotel. Tons of places near by to shop and eat. It was fun sitting on the porch.”

• Easy check in/out.
• Old, dirty, moldy bathroom, no vent fan.

“Well, what else can you expect from the cheapest 1 star hotel around Morris County. I was hoping for a slightly fresher smell, a bed comforter newer than 1979, and a fan in the bathroom so there wouldn't be any mold around the shower. Other than that, it was adequate.”

• The rooms were big.
• Location, room colors (dated), advertised cont. breakfast but is was very weak.

“It was hard to get in and out of and the rooms felt damp and musty.”

• Had to go outside to get to lobby.

“Altogether, the willingness of the staff to assist in all areas, the size and comfort of our room, the convenience of the continental breakfast, and other amenities make this hotel a place to return to on future visits.”
