• Location.
• Worst than Howard Johnson.

“Worst than Howard Johnson, don't waste money there, go anywhere else cheaper, very dirty, bad smelling and old building, AC doesn't work. Shower tub is terrible better take just shower.”

• Decently clean - no surprises.
• The entrance and lobby were unwelcoming.

“This hotel was fine for my travel needs but I would hesitate to stay there with my kids. Because of the unattractive exterior and entryway I felt instantly put off by the hotel.”

• There was a fridge and microwave in the room.
• Breakfast included but refused container for takeout; dingy rooms; dirty carpet; hard to reach electricity.

“A Holiday Inn that's well past its prime, with an over-priced restaurant on premises that has nasty staff and no regard for hotel guests. Overall, rooms are beat down - maids do a decent job but the physical plant has been used too long. Dirt in all corners, scary-dirty carpets, uncomfortable beds with mattress pads that bunch up and slide around. No accessible electric outlets. No screens on windows, so you either breathe stale AC air or get bugs in the room. Poor overall service - front desk staff are nice enough but not up to professional standards. I.e. depends on who you get.”

• I liked the friendly, honest staff.
• I didn't like the breakfast, the non-heated pool, the no left turn to get to the hotel, the defective key cards.

“This is no where near a 3 star hotel. If you just need a place to sleep, it's good.”

• Inexpensive.
• Older, other hotels in area much nicer for same of less price.

“Most definitely not a 3 star location. More like 2 star. Would not stay in the hotel again unless it is newer or an extended stay.”

• Good location, restaurant on site, clean.

“Very clean and in a good location. The night we arrived, even though I had reserved and confirmed that we had non-smoking rooms because I have asthma, we were told that all non-smoking rooms were taken due to three wedding parties staying at the hotel. The first night we had to stay in a smoking room, but were moved first thing the next morning. Also, the continental breakfast was not available on Saturday morning because they had a party that had come in on a bus and they were eating all the continental breakfast so the people staying at the hotel were sent to the restaurant to pay for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The location is great and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to catch the shuttle to New York City.”

• Office and housekeeping rooms to busy for guest room area.

“Had to move my room because someone tried to enter my first floor room without knocking. Too many employees doing business and the hallway area was worn.”

• Location was great pillows and bedding was nice.
• We had no water and the staff thought it was funny.

“It was ok like I said the bedding was nice but they had no hot water on Saturday all day and we had to have cold showers!”

“My room was on the highway side of the hotel so I could hear sound of the road all night. The room was clean and amenities were nice quality. The room was outdated and the quality of the bed and pillows was average.”

“Phone did not work, iron was missing and there was a party in our hall beginning in the evening until early morning! I did not get any sleep! In the morning the staff thought this was funny and did not apologize for the noise, non-working telephone or missing iron.”
