• Good location, restaurant on site, clean.

“Very clean and in a good location. The night we arrived, even though I had reserved and confirmed that we had non-smoking rooms because I have asthma, we were told that all non-smoking rooms were taken due to three wedding parties staying at the hotel. The first night we had to stay in a smoking room, but were moved first thing the next morning. Also, the continental breakfast was not available on Saturday morning because they had a party that had come in on a bus and they were eating all the continental breakfast so the people staying at the hotel were sent to the restaurant to pay for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The location is great and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to catch the shuttle to New York City.”

• Location was great pillows and bedding was nice.
• We had no water and the staff thought it was funny.

“It was ok like I said the bedding was nice but they had no hot water on Saturday all day and we had to have cold showers!”

• Very convenient to the highway.
• The rooms were outdated.

“My room was on the highway side of the hotel so I could hear sound of the road all night. The room was clean and amenities were nice quality. The room was outdated and the quality of the bed and pillows was average.”

• That it was close to other small townships.
• The entire hotel smelled like smoke.

“Phone did not work, iron was missing and there was a party in our hall beginning in the evening until early morning! I did not get any sleep! In the morning the staff thought this was funny and did not apologize for the noise, non-working telephone or missing iron.”

• A bit far from businesses.

“The hotel met most of my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, although I feel that they are instructed to be like that. I think that they are more prompt if people tip them well. They have a shuttle service to nearby destinations which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.”

• Wireless internet, in-room valuable safe, refrigerator.
• A tad inconvenient to access from Rt 46 w.

“This is a value play with good location to 80-287, excellent food in adjacent restaurant, all the basic amenities including free wireless internet.”

• Towels.
• Flimsy, plastic glasses. Small bathroom. Hot water takes forever. Ice machine didn't work for three days. Restaurant portions grossly large.

• The bed linen was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and the bathroom tub and shower curtains were very clean. Breakfast was included - a bonus.
• As mentioned to the front desk, there was rusting on the toilet paper holder which stained the toilet paper.

“This was my first time staying at Holiday Inn. I am a regular Marriott customer. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the beds and the comfortable mattress. The bathroom was decently clean. Staff was courteous.”

• Internet was okay but more speed would be useful.

“Great place with a great staff. I will go there again without doubt. The wireless internet is solid as far as connection is concerned but if an option was available for more bandwidth, it would make things even more desirable.”
