• Location, included breakfast, free computer access, friendly staff.
• Did not clean room first day. No view from room.

“Excellent location in financial district. Very friendly staff. Nice selection for breakfast included in room rate. Very comfortable accommodations. Second time I've stayed here and would come again.”

• Staff wonderfully helpful also, it is away from the rest of the high rise hotel zone, A plus.
• Room decor was a little dated, but nice.

“Hotel de Ville is a lovely little hotel, a good alternative in Panama City to the rest of the gigantic high rise "American"-type hotels. Nearby shopping and a safe neighborhood.”

• Large clean luxurious room and bathroom.
• Not enough hot water.

“Lovely hotel, very luxurious with large rooms, lovely bedding, bathrobe etc. Highly recommend. Very quiet location, but perhaps since our visit is during carnival time when all is closed.”
