• The was food good.
• The room was in bad condition, furniture was broken, it needed painting.

“For the area where the hotel is located I expected it to be better than what it was.”

• Convenient location.
• Poor service and disorganize and bad attitude at the front desk.

“Even after confirmed your reservation still you have to answer a lots questions at the front desk (unfriendly receptionist). because they might not have any of your file. And not guaranty you will get same rate as you booked it on line. Bad condition of room.”

• Good location for what I needed to do.
• The rooms were not very clean.

• Has everything. Good location, 24 hour cafe, pool, casino, nice rooms, parking.
• Really wasn't anything to complain about.

“Over the years, I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is in a fairly good location, has been refurbished and is now even nicer than it was in the years past. I will definitely stay there if I visit Panama again.”
