• Close to beach.
• Very poor directional sign to buildings.

“I fell down a step that was not marked while searching for the building I was to occupy. This was one of several safety concerns I had after traveling all day, no help was given or offered to get me to my room.”

• Friendly staff, excellent food and wonderful staff.
• Waiting to long to get a cup of coffee in the AM. They were always having to run to the kitchen to get more .

“We had a wonderful week at the President. Most of the staff were so attentive and professional. (especially Gonzalez Leyva who one night knew my 85 yr mother would be at an outdoor dinner and had a

heater waiting for her when we arrived).



The one problem was getting coffee or hot tea in the am. I think the hotel should have pots of coffee, hot water available so that guests may help themselves. It would take a lot of stress off the staff.



Also, I think there should be a ATM machine and pay phone in the lobby. We had to run into town to get this.



This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We will go back!
