• Luxury Hotel near the Zurich Airport.
• No nearby shops or restaurants.

“Excellent airport hotel near the Zurich Airport. Very luxurious and comfortable. The hotel is dead center in an industrial office complex. As a result, there are no restaurants or shops nearby. The 11 line tram takes you directly into the center of Zurich in approx. 20 minutes. Would recommend the hotel as a stay over for an early/late flight. Otherwise, it's only 10 minutes by train to the center of town.”

• Requested non-smoking room, but room smelled like smoking, complimentary shuttle was 8.00 franks each way per person.

• The hotel was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable.
• It was very expensive and the restaurants did not offer a variety of food.

“The hotel was in a convenient location right next to the train. However, I would have liked for more shopping areas to be in walking distance. Overall, the hotel was wonderful.”

• The hotel had excellent facilities, great gym and a heated pool for the kids.
• It wasn't suited for families, but we knew that. Most five star hotels aren't!

• It was the most quiet hotel room I have ever had.
• Dinner was expensive.

“Very nice hotel. Close to the airport. A short tram ride to Zurich city center. Staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was overpriced. The room was very, very quiet.”

• A way to solve tight connection at airport.
• Double charged me $5 extra for "city tax".

• The room was very nice.
• The maid service wasn't that great and the hotel claimed they had no available non-smoking rooms when I arrived so I had to stay in a smoking room.

“The hotel is a nice 4-star hotel, close to the airport and public transportation. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful and polite, others not so much. The maid service was not exceptional - they forgot to provide the complimentary tee and coffee tray. There was parking available at the hotel, but at a cost of 24 CHF per night. Otherwise, the room was very nice and clean.”

• Main residence in Zurich!
• Pool was closed for renovation. One of the best hotel pools in the world.

“My residence in Zurich. Very nice hotel and beautiful, charming staff who take care of you. I am sorry that I missed the pool which I was so looking forward to.”

• Everyone was very friendly and professional. The hotel was plush and relaxing.
• Our room was hot and never cooled down even after they sent a mechanic.

“We liked this hotel so well that we ended our trip to Italy a day earlier than planned so we could enjoy it an extra day. We liked the plush, relaxing environment and the friendly, yet professional, staff that were always on their toes seeing that you are satisfied!”

• Gorgeous comfortable room and nice fitness area.
• Nothing.

“The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport, in a business district. It takes about 20 minutes to get to downtown Zurich using the tram stop that is in front of the hotel. The pool, hot tub, and fitness area were great. The lobby has a koi pond and is amazingly beautiful. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in Zurich.”

• Not a smoke free hotel, some rooms are, some aren't.

“This hotel is geared towards business travelers. Having to sleep in a room where everything smells of smoke truly cut into the overall experience of our stay.”

• The Asian restaurant. Comfortable beds.
• Fee for wireless and/or internet connection.

• Bad shuttle service and high priced internet.

“Shuttle was not good and missed scheduled pickups. Internet access was very expensive. Otherwise hotel was good for overnight layover.”

• Airport shuttle goes each half hour and makes intermittent stop at another hotel.
