• Everything. Especially the beauty of the hotel and the kindness of the staff.
• The prices are a bit high but compared to similar hotels in Zurich, not expensive.

“I have stayed here twice this year and highly recommend it. The location is perfect. Directly across from the train station and right at the start of the main shopping area of Zurich. There is a tram stop directly outside. The hotel is elegant with a wonderful champagne breakfast included in every room rate. It is quiet (despite the location) because all windows are tripling glazed. Every staff person is friendly and helpful. There are 2 bars and 1 restaurant. There is also a champagne/Caviar Cafe with light food which is excellent. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is spotless. It is so nice to fly into Zurich, catch the train into town and be right in the heart of action without the need to take further transportation to the hotel.”
