• Hotel is in a good location to fair and airport.
• Staff was not that friendly and the restaurant food was horrible.

“While I was several times at Ibis hotels in Germany and always was happy, this Ibis performed extremely poor. Most of the employees were on the edge of being very unfriendly, but for sure they were not helpful. The restaurant food was terrible (while It was very good at Ibis hotels in Bremen and Frankfurt, Germany). The room was ok, but better in other Ibis hotels. The room was clean. The hotel in convenient located to the fair, airport and public transportation to go down town. The quality standards from Ibis hotel to Ibis hotel seem to differ a lot, what will make me more careful booking these hotels in the future.”

• The tomato soup I had for dinner, near to the airport that was what I needed.
• Staff (some of them not friendly), room, I have stayed in youth hostels and is 100% better and cheaper!

“This hotel was convenient if you need to stay for only one night because you need to catch your flight next morning but it is not good if you want to look around the city because it is not close. The room and the looks of the hotel were OK but I have stayed at youth hostels in Switzerland and other hotel in Zurich with the same star rate and they were prettier, friendly. I bought with them a Swiss COM card to make a phone call and I was having problems using it and when I asked for assistance the staff lady was very rude just answering "I dont know". One guy of the staff very nicely helped me and I could do my call. Just stay here if your budget is getting low and you need to go early morning the next day!”

• Friendly staff, very clean and efficient rooms, parking available.
• Not very close to downtown, and the breakfast was pretty poor for the price paid.

“This was a relatively nice hotel for the price, with great staff, clean, comfy rooms and friendly to business travelers. Not the best location to downtown Zurich, but affordable and comfortable.”

• It was close to the airport.
• Room was small. Quality was very, very basic.

“It was clean and close to the airport. However, it was quite a distance to walk to the nearest transportation to town. Nothing of interest close to the hotel. Even though we were on time for the shuttle to the airport, it was full and the driver would not consider making two trips, even though there were four of us traveling. We had to wait a half hour for the next shuttle time. Overall, it was ok and served the purpose of a place to stay.”
