• The staff was very and accommodating and near the vaporetto station.
• It's not centrally located, too far from st marks square.

“The hotel is nice and clean, though a bit old and tired looking. the staff is very nice. it's location can be a problem as it takes 40 min to an hour to get to st marks square by vaporetto. There is no business center too.”

• Elegant, set off the main path.
• They charged us $65 more a night for a third person!

“This was a very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was really nice. The hotel has a private boat - much more reasonable than the local gondolas. It is a little of the main path - but only a few extra minutes walk. Very close to the bus station.”

• Great location and very nice hotel.
• The front desk staff was difficult.

“The hotel is very nice and in a centrally located part of Venice. The hotel staff, however, insisted that we only had two rooms paid for instead of the three we actually paid for. This caused problems initially but was ironed out the day after we arrived.”
