• Great location,clean and had a lot to offer like computor room, excercise room and breakfast had a good selection.

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I felt safe there.”

• Very comfy beds, pillows, and towels.
• Pool and hot tub were closed all three days.

“Beds were great but would not stay there again, parking lot filled with trash, not easy to get to off I45.”

• Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful; breakfast was great.
• The breakfast/kitchen was too small and laid out poorly. No more than two people could serve themselves at a time.

“With exception to the small confined breakfast serving area, this hotel met all of my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

“I was very surprised on the cleanliness and overall appearance of the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. The room did not have the typical hotel room smell.”

• I selected a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. No internet in the room, was inconvenient.

“Friendly service, nice bed, they brag about the shower heads and hot cinnamon buns for breakfast - both are great.”

• Location.
• Customer Service.

“The hotel was as to be expected in it's cleanliness and furnishings. The customer service was lacking, however. At the breakfast, the 7:00 to 10:00 am breakfast ran out of food and juice and milk at 9:10 am. The replenishment person put apple juice in the orange juice pitcher and vice versa. She seemed upset and inconvenienced by any requests for replenishments of the breakfast bar.”
