“We first stayed at this hotel in February 2009 and had a great experience. So, when we were looking to get away for the weekend this month (Oct. 09), we decided to return. We found a great rate, and we remembered how nice and new the room was. This time around, we were slightly disappointed because we were looking forward to relaxing and watching movies, like we always do when we get a hotel for the weekend. When we turned on the TV after checking into our room, however, we found that there was no Pay-Per-View. So, we called the front desk and were told that they no longer had this service available. We still had a nice time and the room was very nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. However, I wish I had known that in 8 months' time, a hotel would decide to get rid of pay-per-view (which I consider to be a standard amenity for hotels). Also, I'm giving a low rating for Service because we were completely out of toilet paper and tissues a few hours before it was time to check out, and we only stayed there for one night! There was just a half a roll when we got there, with no extras (and we didn't realize this until we ran out). When I asked the front desk, they said someone would be coming up, but no one ever came. I ended up grabbing a box of tissues from one of the housekeeping carts in the hallway (there was no toilet paper on the cart). I was kind of annoyed that there was no survey to review our stay because I definitely would have noted this housekeeping slip-up.”

“The Hilton Brand is a reliable one, but I was please to find the accommodations and newly renovated. The staff was professional and friendly and anticipated guests needs. In addition to a room with internet access where we could check-in for our flight, they provided restaurant recommendations. Although initially disappointed it was a drive from the airport, they provide a shuttle. It turned out to be quite convenient to most major roads. We used it as a central location between Hartford & Framingham, and it worked very well for us. We'd return.

“Fire Alarm went off and it was an hour and a half before we could check in. It ended up being a false alarm. The staff was not well trained in how to handle anything like this. Nobody knew where the elevator key was, so we ended up walking up four flights of stairs with luggage after midnight.”

“Middling, newer property. Public spaces better than most hotels rate 2.0-2.5. Room/ bed were adequate. Furnishings were down market hotel contemporary style.”
