• It was centrally located to the activity I was attending.
• They were not prepared at the check in time had to wail one hour. Did not have correct accommodations available that I reserved.

“I was told I was to take a smoking room, even though my reservations specifically said non-smoking. Check in time was one to one and half hours after it was said I could check in. I had a really bad experience here, which caused a great deal of agitation and stress, causing the trip to be unpleasant. I will never stay at a Baymont again.”

• The bathroom was clean.
• We booked three rooms and called ahead to make sure we had two double beds in each room. They said they would-but they didn't. Not enough beds for you.

“Thin walls. Dirty floors. Poor customer service. Good restaurants nearby but the complimentary hotel breakfast were meager.”

• It had a pool and the rooms were roomy.
• The bed was hard.

• The front doors provided extra security.
• Fees for TV games were not guarded against minor purchasing them.

“We really liked this hotel, because they were very nice to us. We arrived after midnight and the clerk was very quick about getting us into our room. They upgraded us to a king size suite and it was very quiet. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds and the cleaning staff was very nice also.”

• The breakfast was great.
• The pool was closed for photo shoot! We were upset!

“They need to have their photo shoots when there are not many people that would be affected by it! A Friday night! Why not on a Tuesday when the number of guests is low. Our whole evening was shot! We promised our kids a pool; we checked to make sure this hotel had a working pool. Not happy about it at all, and I plan on making it known to anyone who asks my opinion about that hotel. ”

• It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and I was very excited when I found out we could take our dog. He is very good and travels well.
• I can't think of anything!

• It was close and convenient to our purpose for traveling. The check in and out was fast!
• There was body hair left on the bathroom floor from the previous guest! Yuck!

“The hotel is what I expected for the price. The check in was fast and easy as was the check out. The staff was friendly and warm. The room was basic and met our needs. It was quiet too. Sure wish we had time to utilize the pool. The kids would have loved it.”

• Location within walking distance to many restaurants and a theatre.
• The beds are uncomfortable, that's why I would not recommend it to others.

“Continental breakfast was poor. Beds are not comfortable. All else was fine. Location was excellent. Room was clean but small.”

• Very convenient location next to the E Center and several restaurants.
• No internet access in lobby.

“Very nice. They deliver on just what you'd expect. Helpful staff, clean and efficient property, but not many amenities. Overall a good value. Only 2 negatives in my mind. There's no business center, no fax, copying or even internet available. And the breakfast is run of the mill low end packaged Danish type garbage. Skip breakfast and walk next door to Cracker Barrel.”

• It was clean and my children enjoyed the pool.
• We were told check in time of 2:00 and they weren't going to let us till 3:00 they also couldn't "find" something I had left until I bugged them enough.

• The location was excellent.
• Too many children - not the hotel's fault.

“This hotel has an excellent location. We had a problem with the sheets staying on the bed - maybe a minor issue to some, but an annoyance when you need a good night's sleep. They tried to replace them once but it did not help. The good price clearly encouraged families with children which was somewhat of a problem at breakfast and in the hot tub, where children were not being monitored. While this was the parents' fault and not the hotel's fault, it was enough of an annoyance to keep us from going back.”

“It could be a nice hotel if they would actually clean it and the cleaning lady would leave you the heck alone until you left! She even knocked when we had the sign on the handle! And by the poop in the toilet and hair all over the floor its not like she really cleans anyway!”
