• Having a fridge and micro is handy for longer stays.
• Breakfast area cramped.

“The customer service was excellent. We had a water leak in our first room, but were moved without delay and with a smile! The free breakfast selection was great, tho it was hard to get to the food because it was in a tiny space and it was very crowded.”

• It was located close to the shopping we wanted to do.
• All the screaming children that took over the hotel and the lobby the whole weekend.

“It was a nice hotel; however the group that was there for the weekend with all the sports kids, made it bad for the rest of the guest. So much for the free complimentary breakfast, you couldn't even get to the food, because of all the chaos. I told the front desk clerk about all of my concerns upon checking out, and all she had to say was, "Yeah we know about the problems with the unruliness, we had other complaints too. We will not be staying there again.”
