• Size of room.
• No elevator to the second floor. Very inconvenient.

• The staff was friendly; there was an indoor pool and a continental breakfast which was OK. Coffee was pretty good.
• There was not a hot tub. No public washer and dryer; no microwave down in the breakfast area; Rooms were very small for 5 people.

“I was expecting more than what we got. The pool area was nice, but the water was cold. For an indoor pool you expect the water to be a little warmer, no hot tub. I thought the description stated a hot tub. I also thought the description indicated a laundry facility. We have 5 people in my family and there were two queen size beds which were nice but the room was so crowded you had no place to put everything. The beds were hard as rocks; the pillows were nice and they gave us very large towels but they would only give us 3. Like I said, we have 5 in our family. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, after the first few days I was feeling Closter phobic. Something else I thought was very odd, in their vending machine, they sold microwave popcorn. However, they did not have a microwave to pop it in. No in room movies. I was disappointed with this hotel.”
