• Friendly staff.
• Parking.

“The hotel was great. Only issue, is you have to get valet parking, and its $20 a night. And on top of that, I was charged for either 3 nights, or 3 cars, when I only stayed 1 night, and had 1 car. Other than that, it was great. The free breakfast buffet, was ver nice, and had many options.”

“The room was spacious and pleasant - a comfortable setting to come home to after a day of walking in Washington. Dinner Mon - Wed was included, which was wonderful.”

• Room and bathroom had some ceiling damage likely from water

• Close walking distance to all tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and
  supermarket.

“It was perfect location. Close walking distance to subway system, decent walking distance to all tourist attractions restaurants and bars. CVS supermarket was directly next to the hotel. Nice and clean room with kitchen & refrigerator. People with a light sleep may need ear plugs for the night because of traffic noise - don't get me wrong, it's not LOUD. TV with free all major channels and optional paid channels. Bathroom with shower and tub. Internet access available. Breakfast from 7 to 10 AM with a standard buffet.”

“This hotel has a great location, just 2 blocks to the Metro, and 4 blocks from the White House. The staff was excellent in every way and you cannot beat the full breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.”

• My TV wasn't working properly and Sunday morning it seemed like they only had 1 elevator out of 4 working.

• I liked that it had a full kitchen, with table.
• The parking situation was horrible and the staff was not friendly or helpful.

“I feel I got a good price through priceline, being that it was in a good location for safety, however there was no accessible parking made available to the hotel customers and therefore the parking situation really made it a difficult stay. And asking the staff for any suggestion was like pulling teeth.”
