• Location, convenience, good free breakfast, price.
• Some public areas were not always clean.

“Great location for convenience. Easy to get to lots of things from there. Good free breakfast. Free local and USA TODAY newspapers. Good checkout time. Public areas aren't always totally clean. Quiet, even though lots of folks there and lots of youth.”

• The hotel was out of my way but the staff made up for it.
• Well this is hard to choose, I will say the lack of channels.

• Would have liked to have an exercise room.

“Hotel was conveniently right off of I-91. My room was clean and nicely decorated. Hotel was quiet and great for business travel. They had a nice breakfast as well.”

• Waffles at the breakfast were excellent. Free and convenient parking. Well lit parking lot. Good location.
• Heat register was noisy as was the refrigerator in the room.

• Liked It all!

“We drive 20 miles away from our destination just to book this Fairfield Inn. Looks like many repeat customers there. It's unique for its great breakfast. Will be back at Christmas time!”

• Personal attention including offer to bring fridge to room and best breakfast anywhere.
• They changed coffee service while we were there to exclude Hazelnut.

“This was the nicest hotel of our 32 day road trip. It was also the best price of any hotel we stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful, coin laundry was well maintained and efficient, everything was immaculate, bedding was same as Hyatt, and mattresses were top notch. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast bar was well stocked and varied, the best we've seen. Our stay could not have been better.”

• Complimentary continental breakfast was very good.
• Had to had breakfast prior to 9 am.

“Staff very courteous, eager to help. Pleasant. There is not a lot of restaurants within walking distance and hard to walk around the area as it is on a highway. However, the rooms were great; soap products in bathroom were good as well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Had a great sleep.”

• The beds are so comfortable!
• The area where they have the continental breakfast is too small, we skipped it because of that.
