• Location near Ventura Harbor.
• Pool was out of order.

• Everyone was nice.
• I did like the pillows. My head sank into them making it uncomfortable.

“Everyone was nice and they tried to make your stay a comfortable one. When we were going to sleep we notice the pillows were the kind that made your head sink in and made our neck sore. Also in the morning we were making coffee and someone previously put what it appeared to be milk in the where you would put the water. We told management and they gladly got use some coffee from the restaurant. But all in all it was nice.”

• Location to the marina.
• Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, doors always being slammed, hard to sleep.

• Did not like walking outside to get to room, but it did feel safe.

• Location with easy access to freeway and shopping. Courteous staff. Nice stay.
• The carpet was very dirty. Desperate need of cleaning.

“The stay at the four points was very pleasant. The staff there was courteous and helpful. Service was friendly and accommodating. Definitely a place that I would use again. Just clean the carpets more often as in shampooing them.”

• Courtyard was spacious, kids liked to run around.
• Pool not on location, sliding door hard to open, shower hot or cold, no in between.

“Pool was six miles away, at fitness center, closet door off rollers, no vent in bathroom, window very hard to open, door to courtyard stuck, shower hot or cold no in between.”

• It is right at the marina, its clean and rooms are spacious.
• I found out the holiday inn express right next door was $45.00 less.

“It's more geared for business travel. The restaurant is small so is the bar. No entertainment.”

“From check in to check out it was a very pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, clean building and rooms, within walking distance to the harbor hot spots.”

• I liked that it offered room service and had a restaurant on site with other amenities. I liked the location.
• Bathroom seemed old and did not match the comfort and fashion of the room.

• My partner and I play tennis and very much appreciated the lighted courts. We played one night until almost midnight.
• The enclosed spa was a wonderful idea; however, it was not very hot.

“This frank Lloyd Wright-designed property is a gem. The view of the harbor, the beautiful grounds, the enclosed spa, the tennis and basketball courts, the friendly and helpful staff contributed to a very nice new year's weekend for us. Chocolates on the bed or something a little more romantic would have been nice, given the holiday, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much, since we generally like the Ventura area. Sheraton would be wise to develop this property as a true 4-star hotel. It is very unique and with some minor renovations could be spectacular. On the downside, we were charged a higher it price than what the hotel invoice said so we are looking into that discrepancy.”

• Got a room with a fireplace. Restaurant next door is very good.
• They had cables for high speed internet this time, but not on my last trip.

“An older hotel with some charm, rooms along the park can get strange noises, songs, chants, etc. from the 'park people' that hang out there. Restaurant next door is consistently good. Lots of TV channels, but no 'pay per view'. Free breakfast is breads and cereals, ho hum. Not far from 101 or 33 freeway, close to West end of Main St which is being upgraded all the time.”

• Clean, friendly, nice pool, spa, & tennis courts, great location.
• There was a slight moldy smell in the room.

“I was traveling with my husband and 12 yr old daughter. We were visiting family in the area and had a great time. We hung out at the pool, used the spa and tennis courts. My husband and daughter both surf and the hotel was not far from some great surf spots. The room was comfortable & clean except for a slight moldy smell. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'd stay there again.”

• The location was convenient to Ventura County.
• Lobby smelled bad. Long walk to room from lobby.

“The bed was comfortable and the room generally clean. Bathroom was a bit old, but OK. It's a long walk to the room from the lobby (which smelled bad). Overall OK, but really not worth the price.”
