• The Jacuzzi was great and towels conveniently located.
• Pool was not heated adequately and have to pay for parking.

• The foods are excellent especially the crab cake.
• Upper room is very noisy.

“Everything went alright until the evening when we're ready to sleep. It sound like the upper room above us is like someone was doing an aerobic and very noisy. I mentioned this to the front desk when we checked out but he didn't even say anything or offer us any compensation.”

• Location.
• I was charged $10.00 for parking which I disliked very much.

“The hotel was clean and had a very good location the only problem was that we were charged parking for the amount of ten dollars when we had already paid for the room.”

• Location was very nice, quiet, and convenient for my needs.
• $10/day parking fee.

“The Marriott Ventura Beach's interior public spaces open to very nicely landscaped outdoor public areas. The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The restaurant/cafe/tavern is nice and the service was very friendly.”

• Paid parking & room internet service. Two double beds in room instead of queens.

“Can't imagine a three star hotel using double beds large enough for only a single person otherwise found the hotel very enjoyable with nice balcony, beautiful courtyard & lobby.”

• Even though I didn't bring pets, they allowed them-AWESOME!
• Paying to park my car.

“It was beautiful. The linens were like new, and I didn't feel like I was in some overpriced dump with ancient bed linens and outdated carpeting.”

• The lobby and room were really nice.
• The location looked a lot closer to the beach than it is.

“Comfortable room with good service. Lobby is beautiful but valet/bag service is practically non-existent. It suited our needs just fine, though we would have preferred something closer to the ocean.”

• Great staff, great room, and nice lobby.
• Too many kids. Wish the hotel was facing the beach. Some rooms did.

“I liked the hotel. It was above average. The staff was nice but there were a lot of kids and it felt like you were at Disneyland waiting in line for Mr. Toads ride. I chose not to eat in the hotel because of that reason. But basically, the staff was excellent and the rooms were beautiful.”

• Great location and very clean.
• The mattress could have been better.

“The Hotel is located near Downtown and close to the beach, very convenient. The Hotel is well lighted making it secured for the car. The Hotel was very clean and attractive. Only thing, the mattress was not too comfortable.”

• First impression of hall ways not very good. Need some interior design upgrades.

• We had a room on the first floor and there were children in the room over us (on the second floor) that were bouncing around and running in the room.

“Overall this was a nice hotel, but I would recommend asking for a room on the second floor so you don't get ceiling noise.”

• This hotel is clean and easy to get to location wise. Quick service.
• The $ to park your car is not necessary. That is an instant 10 buck made on all customers.

“This is a nice hotel with easy access to freeway and a bite to eat with a local market near by. This hotel is clean and very service oriented. Right now there is some construction going on but it didn't make a difference to upset my stay. I do try to stay there as often as possible while traveling because of its location and service.”
