• Accommodating staff.
• Dirty, small.

“I did not like this hotel. There were holes in the walls, bugs and dirt in the corners and in the light fixtures. The room was extremely small. The internet did not work unless I took the computer outside or opened the front door. The room was dingy and not a place I would want to stay again (or even the first time).”

• Pillows uncomfortable, sheets did not fit bed.

• The location was perfect we did not even need directions to amusement park from the hotel it was so close.
• The bedding was not up to date, they should get better looking ones it would look cleaner if they did.

“Nice convenient for all ventures. We stayed in a hot tub suite, it was very low cost but still a nicer place to stay. We also have stayed at other hotel locations and have not been disappointed.”

• This motel is ugly but it had some of the best beds I have found in hotels in recent memory.
• Ugly.

“For someone not worried about the frills, the hotel is conveniently located, has great beds and heater.”

• The room at first look appeared to be pretty clean.
• The pillow case was blood stain and their apparently turned it over instead of removal.

“This was a motel with no security, in a pretty dicey area. It should be listed as a motel instead of a hotel.”

• Location. It is easy to get around from this hotel.
• Dirty room, unfriendly staff.

“This hotel was horrendous. My 2 young children and I stayed in this hotel during the winter and the rooms were very cold. The heating unit was not working properly and the unit was very old and beat up so I had to run the hot water to heat the room with the steam. Calling the front desk was useless because nobody answered the phone until the next morning. They told me they would come fix it that day. When I returned later that night, the heat was not fixed and it was back to using the steam. The rooms were not very clean even though the maid came in daily. There was trash on the floor, dirty cups under the bed and many other Nasty things. If there was another hotel that had openings, I would have moved us to a different hotel. This hotel used to be the local pay by the hour, pay a sheet deposit place and even though the Name changed, the way its run has not. I was hoping it would have changed from the local teen hangout it was when I grew up in Philadelphia. When I complained to the hotel chain, they forwarded my complaint to the hotel that sent me an email saying simply "sorry you didn't like it here".”
