• The bathroom was very large.
• Bed was not comfortable.

“Used this hotel for a local wedding. Front desk staff at check-in appeared to be new and not comfortable yet with hotel procedures; consequently, check-in was very slow and time consuming.”

• Pool and sauna, nice restaurant and bar.
• The bed was a little uncomfortable.

“This is a really nice, clean hotel. I absolutely loved the pool and sauna! The restaurant had good food, and the bar was cool with a great beer selection! The one downside was for some unknown reason they put me in a handicapped room. I should've asked them to change it. It didn't bother me until I brought a female guest back. I would definitely stay here again, though.”

“Nice, clean hotel with many amenities found only in higher-rated hotels. Indoor pool, free high speed internet, in-room coffee, and well-appointed bathrooms were appreciated. Comparable to many of the better 3*'s.”

• Very comfortable atmosphere.
• The hotel accepted my bid knowing that they had a power outage.

“I realize that the power outage was not the fault of the Holiday Inn. The purpose of me reserving the room is to provide myself with a day from work and relaxation. Had I been provided with full accommodations that are offered, I'm sure that I would have had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff could have been a little more sympathetic as well.”

“The hotel was marvelous. The only complaint I had was that as of Sunday, the funds that were taken from my card as a deposit on my room have not been refunded to me. I was not aware of the hotel's policy concerning the use of a debit card, therefore, I was unable to retrieve any funds from it to get anything to eat for dinner that night. I know that is not the hotel's problem, and they apologized for the inconvenience.”

“This was a nice hotel, easy to get to, clean, easy check in and out. There is a nice restaurant on site. It is in a good neighborhood. The only problem I had was that it was a little difficult sleeping because the noises from the room next door were very easy to hear. Even the beeps from someone dialing a cell phone came thru the wall, it was a little disturbing.”

• The hotel was much more than I expected to get, esp for the price I got it at.

“The guest services people were nice. The hotel was clean and not crowded. The room was comfortable and clean as well. I had really good parking everytime I left and came back and the check in and out process was quick and easy.”
