• The manager was accommodating and friendly.
• The room smelled very bad and it was too hot.

“I do not recommend this hotel for solo women travelers; the location is sketchy. It had nice amenities: in room fridge, microwave and
safe (but no iron?).”

• Our rooms had brand new beds and carpet/flooring and new showerheads.
• There was some loud noise in the wee hours.

“This hotel was a great value for us we just needed a place to rest after a long day! Easy to find and conveniently located. The beds were super comfortable and there were extras in the room i.e. refrigerator/microwave/coffee pot.”

• Nothing, very dissatisfying.
• Items under the bed, sheet not changes in three days.

“This motel is for truck drivers and not for family or retired people. The noise was very loud from upstairs and rooms next doors. Had a safe for your personnel items but could not be used without paying more for the use, the safe was in your room not in the lobby. We were much unsatisfied with the motel and will not return there again.”

• Price.
• Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. No heater or remote to TV.

“This place is your typical inexpensive roadside hotel/motel that's good for a place to lay your head and have a hot shower in the morning.”

• Free wireless internet.
• Noise.

“Non-smoking room smelled smoky, most lights didn't work, and TV reception poor, noisy refrigerator, hammering and power saw noises nearby. TV remote batteries were held in with scotch tape. Roads on each side of hotel were very noisy inside room.”

• The price was affordable.
• Older building, close to Tacoma's Port and a casino.

“This hotel is great for truckers and those who only want a bed. It was an older building but my room was clean and attended well. The casino attracts people who know no bedtime and are rowdy at late hours. But the price was right for me for this visit.”

• Room came with fridge and safe.
• Burnt out light bulbs, VERY CHEAP breakfast & owner.

“The room was very clean and the location is very convenient, staff was friendly. The continental breakfast consisted of a muffin or cereal and coffee, IF there was enough milk. Morning desk clerk, possible owner, claimed he needed to buy smaller cups because the kids drink all the milk. Good place to crash, but don't count on much for the most important meal of the day.”

• Was easy to find.
• Internet didn't work and no locks on the windows.

“When we checked in I asked about the Internet. I was told a router was out but it would work in the lobby. I brought my computer in and couldn't sign in. I was then told I needed a password to sign in. I did that and was only able to get a weak signal. Later I find out the lobby is the worst spot and it should work in the room. Nope .. no Internet. This is one major reason I chose this place! We were on a first floor room. The window had no lock and no bar to put in there. I was afraid our stuff would be taken while we were gone. There were also nasty stains on the walls in the bathroom like it hadn't been cleaned. I won't be going back!”
