• Extremely comfortable bed, very clean, and it was quiet.
• There was nothing I didn't like.

• We were in St. Louis for dr. appointments at the Children's hospital. The hotel was very close and easy to walk to through indoor bridges.
• Minor thing, you can not get into the parking garage until you check into the hotel and check-in parking is very limited.

“The hotel was very convenient to the Wash U hospital complex and right in the Central West End which is a fun part of St. Louis with lots of shops and restaurants.”

• Hotel room was very nice. Great location. Near Forest Park and Central West End district.
• Hotel employees: poor "customer service" attitude.

“Hotel room was great for the price. Nicely furnished. Great location - just a short walk to Forest Park and to the Central West End district (with great restaurants). Even with the negatives (all service related) we would stay there again. Negatives: All the negatives can be summarized by saying: poor customer service. Finally, after looking through a stack of papers again, she found it. No apologies. When we went in the lounge on the 2nd day of our 2 day stay, the employee that was in charge of the breakfast lounge was sitting on the couch watching the TV. With the remote in her hand changing stations. So much for watching a morning news program to see what was going on in the world. Also, housekeeping did not turn in my heavy foam pillow (with a different pillow case than theirs) that I left in the room (their pillows are light and fluffy so there was no way they could mistake it for theirs). It took 2 days for me to finally make contact with someone in "lost and found" and they didn't seem too interested in the fact that I left my pillow there.”

• Friendly staff, parking is reasonable, mass transit very close.
• Bathrooms smaller than many.

“This hotel is attached to Barnes hospital in St Louis and would be an excellent place to stay if visiting someone there. Maybe expensive for long duration. The MetraLink (train) station is just a block away for easy inexpensive travel to downtown and the arch, stadiums, Laclede landing, etc! Overall nice place to stay.”

• Parking cost, parking not secure.

“The hotel is aesthetic, upscale. It is clean! The desk staff could be more polite. Perfect location for the Barnes Hosp. but too expensive for people here for medical attention. (Given to me by the hospital staff).”

• Basically nice staff.
• The room that we ordered was not available i.e. deluxe two queen beds. Therefore, one person had to sleep on sofa bed. Would not have booked.

• Everyone was friendly! Great service! Especially from all of the engineers!
• None! Great hotel!

“I forgot two shirts in my room. I stayed from November 13 to 19. Could you please put me in touch with hotel to get them back? I was in room 502. ”

• Good location with secure parking available. Easy access to St. Louis University and Barnes Hospital, many nice places to eat.
• Could not fit a roll away bed into the room.

“The staff was very helpful and took care to make sure that our needs were addressed. Parking was a few bucks a day, but it was worth it to be in a covered, secure, garage next to the hotel. This hotel is in a busy area of St. Louis, but not downtown.”

“My family and I stayed at this Hotel for Two nights .The service and the attitude of there front disk staff is just horrible. This Hotel - I don't wish it on any one.”
