“This hotel was very clean. Our stay was pleasant. The complementary breakfast was very good and exceeded my expectations.”

• Conveniently located; accommodating staff and nice breakfast.
• Extreme traffic noise in almost eny room and smoky smell everywhere.

“While the staff was very helpful, they were unable to place me in a room that did not have extremely loud traffic noise from the highway on which the hotel sits. Although my room was supposed to be non-smoking, the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the building. Perhaps new carpet and paint would help?”

• Hospitality plus the staff were the best.

“This was one of the most pleasant stays we've ever had. I know where we will stay when we go to Show Low again. The staff was so ready and able to help with all our request. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and grounds. A cheap price for a great stay!”

• Bed and pillows were hard.

“This hotel is perfectly located in Show Low. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff was extra nice and helpful. My kids loved the cookies, fruit, and crackers by the front desk. And we all loved the indoor pool and huge spa! My only complaint is the bed and pillows were too hard. There is a firm pillow and a soft pillow, but they both feel the same- like a rock. And the blinds need to be a little better. They let in too much light, which woke the little ones way too early! But I would highly recommend this hotel. It may cost a little more than the others, but it is worth it. Just bring your own pillow!”
