• Clean and attractive.
• Maintenance.

“Clean, attractive, well appointed. Air conditioner sounded like a garbage truck backed up to our room all night. TV was unwatchable on every channel. Definitely didn't want to see. Two pillows, each of which had the thickness and consistency of a local Saturday newspaper. Fortunately, we were too exhausted to care.”

• Nothing.
• Not clean. Non courteous & un-cooperative staff. Uncomfortable room conditions. Broken thermostat. No bathroom supplies.

“Attendant was not courteous. They only gave us one double bed in each room. There was no way five people could have been accommodated in the provided bedding. Room HVAC system did not work.”

• They had a cappuccino machine with free coffee.
• The water pipe had burst in one hallway.

“This is an apt. Type hotel - it does have a refrigerator & microwave. They have meals and snacks you can buy reasonably.”

• New beds and the little pantry they had instead of vending machines.
• Some items in pantry were expired and or most were diet stuff.

“I have stayed in other hotels and usually up all night watching for bugs. I felt very comfortable in this one, the beds were new and very comfortable, they bathrooms were roomy being Im on the bigger side, and the kitchen was equipped with what was suppose to be there. The staff was very nice too and desk is open 24 hours and the laundry facility was above what I expected.”

• They gave us towels we additionally requested.
• Bed was dirty, still had trash and leftovers in the fridge when checked in.

“The location was great however the bed was dirty, and there were trash in the garbage can and leftovers in the fridge when we checked in. The only thing good was that they gave us new towels when we requested.”

• Nicely equipped kitchen, but had to hunt for things.
• A little rundown, not immaculate, expected 2 beds got 1.

“Nice hotel, but room was a far cry from what was shown on internet. Tiny kitchen, one bed, 2 stools at kitchen bar. Maid service is $10 extra. Only one bed, no desk, no table, no toiletries, no dish soap, only 1 glass, only 1 teaspoon. We made do. Room smelled weird. One night key didn't work, had to get it reprogrammed.”

“The hotel overbooked, and sent us to another location. Desk clerk gave us the wrong directions to the facility. Tub did not drain & shower was moldy.”

• Bad and rude front desk, smelly and dirty room.

“Avoid this hotel at all cost. Even in the non-smoking room, it has a very bad cigarette smoke smell. Front desk was very rude when I asked to be moved to a different room. Not very friendly at all.”

• Need to be renovated - stains on mattress rooms not that clean.

“This hotel is okay if you need a cheap place to stay. The kitchenette has pots and dishes and it's located near everything.”

• It was a great place to crash for the night!
• They didn't have extra pillows.

“It was a nice place to stay for 1 night and would be great if you were a business traveler away from home for long periods. I was upset they did not have a single extra pillow anywhere in the hotel. I'm 7 months pregnant and really needed it!”

• Outside was attractive.
• No daily cleaning service or maid service (I didn't know this until I arrived).

“A short distance from Mall (kind of inconvenient) no clean towels or maid service done daily. There was a big hole in the bathroom wall behind the door. Besides that everything was fine.”

• Reception staff rude and condescending. Toilet would not drain. Sink stopper did not work.

“This may have been an isolated instance, but merits repeating. At check in, the receptionist was rude and quite condescending. The bathroom, while clean was quite ineffective: the toilet would not drain and the sink stopper did not work. The mattress had not aged well and was cross hatched with stiff ridges. The pillows were flat, lumpy, and permeated with smoke. On the upside there was almost a full quarter roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.”
