• The breakfast was okay but the waitress kept messing things up.
• The room was depressing with the poorest lighting ever! Staff didn't smile once!

“If you need a place to stay in the area, seek something better. This was just depressing and unfriendly. The desk staff couldn't have cared less. There is no internet, so business travelers are out of luck. I used to live in the area and thought this would be as good as it once was. I was wrong. The room had nothing but harsh fluorescent light which just made it more depressing! Sorry, this was not a good hotel experience.”

• Rooms were very clean, people were friendly.
• Bath rooms need upgrade.

• The room was big; bed was very comfortable, lots of extras.
• Noisy refrigerator- had to unplug it, needed a little more variety for breakfast foods.

“This hotel is in a good location, right off the highway (95). It was easy to book; the hotel clerk was polite and very accommodating. The room was large and well-equipped. The breakfast room needed more variety of food.”

• The hotel is right off the highway.
• Bed is not queen, had a big sag in the middle of bed very uncomfortable, when talking to staff very rude and very upset.

“Hotel is in a good location the staff is very rude when asking for a different room. Beds are very uncomfortable. Staff was also argumentative. This was our first vacation in 7 years and I was so discourage from everyone at the hotel. Also check in is at 3:00 pm not 2:00 pm, which way ok with us but they would only believe us when we showed them the paper, which we would not of showed them is they were not so rude. This sounds like we are unreasonable people but we are not and could not believe the attitude of the staff.”

“I got a smoked filled room. I am a non-smoker. The second day I changed rooms and the microwave was missing and I later learned the lock was broken. The third room smelled like urine and the refrigerator was missing. I would have been better off sleeping in the woods.”
