• Great customer service. Several problems rectified by great staff.
• Poor facilities. Internet not working in several rooms had to change rooms.

“It appears as if the hotel is in a transition. Some construction and rooms in run down condition. Internet does not work in many rooms and poor continental breakfast. Cold only on weekends. The staff was well aware of the conditions and seemed truly concerned about them. The staff was great and made up for the deficiencies. In all I would return as long as the staff continued to provide such care.”

• Free breakfast.
• They shut down the key swipe thing during the day.

“Ok for business travel. The hotel shuts down the door locks during the day so you can't access your room without staff help. The adjacent Wal-Mart was convenient; however, it created a lot of pedestrian traffic through the motel property.”
