“We would probably stay here again. If we could change one thing, it would be friendlier staff.”

“I found this hotel to meet my needs for the time I had to spend. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and stocked. Breakfast included was a nice treat and had a generous selection of items.”

“Good hotel for business travelers. The hallways and lobby were a bit shabby but the room was good.”

“Think it is for railroad workers and good location for them. Not enough outlets. Flickering light in bathroom.”

“Nice hotel, would stay again. The only problem is MapQuest driving directions not accurate enough. Real problem because there are other hotels with the same name in very close proximity to this one.”

“Staff was unprofessional, talking on phones and each other while we waited to check in & again in the morning while we waited for the breakfast to open. Main restroom off the breakfast eating area was broke but did not have a sign indicating as such. Rooms were clean. Hallways leading to our non-smoking room smelled like it used to be smoking rooms.”

“The location was convenient but not safe for a lone traveler. The rooms were clean but my bed had a mattress cover on it that did not fit or cover the mattress totally. The employees were very nice and helpful.”

“This hotel is fine if you just want somewhere to crash for the night. It is not in the best part of town but at least all the hallways are interior so you do feel somewhat secure. It is close to the amusement park and water park and several fast food restaurants which are nice if you are only there for a little while. I would check out other hotels in the area before I stayed at this one again. The staff was very helpful.”

“I cannot believe that we paid just $6 less for this terrible hotel than what we paid for the Hilton near the Kansas city airport.”

“This Hotel in right next to a freeway overpass, the part of town is sketchy to say the least. We checked in and left for the evening, when we got back at 1:00 am there were cops all over the place. The hotel desk had just been robbed at gun point. If my wife and I weren't exhausted and it wasn't 1:00 am - we would have left and gone somewhere else. The rooms - our first room was smoking when we asked for non, every lampshade was crooked, grimy stained mattresses, hand prints on the walls, hairs and dead bugs in the bathroom, and the pipes for the sink leaked when the water was on, we had wet socks after brushing our teeth.”

“Change that forever." we were then on the third floor in the very corner of the hotel. The room was not the cleanest, with mold spots on ceiling in bathroom, hairs on the floor and in the tub, booger dried on one wall. The worst was the horrendous sound of the air conditioner that rattled, squeaked and squalled. We called to ask to change, they could not to accommodate us. We could not open the window due to the outside traffic noise from the interstate and the heat. The next day we were gone all day and came back to no clean towels (the wet one from the floor still hanging on the tub), and the trash cans were still overflowing and had not been emptied. At 4:20 in the morning I called the front desk and did not even have to hold the phone close to the air for her to hear the horrendous noise we had been listening too. She had assured me the night before that maintenance would have fixed before our second night sleep and it obviously was not. I told her that it was the worst nights sleep and hotel we had ever stayed in. She did not apologize or offer anything. I am hesitant to ever do priceline again at a 2 star level for fear of EVER getting stuck in this hotel again. It was absolutely the worst 2 nights we have ever stayed in a hotel. I don't EVER want to be at the La Quanta inn AGAIN! I just am so disappointed and was appalled at the treatment. The room was horrible. We have used priceline for almost all of our travel and accommodations for the last couple years and this was the absolute worst experience ever!”

“Conveniently located by I-35 this hotel is on the fringe of industrial buildings. The exterior needs a serious renovation and the interior the same. Probably wouldn't stay there again.”
