• I liked the price I paid, also the free continental breakfast.
• Hard mattress, dark picture on TV, hallways smelled like smoke.

• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• No pool.

“Road construction has taken over K.C. Not only did the staff give us shorter directions around the construction, but also suggested taking a cab to the sprint center. From being out of town, with 2 young children, I just want to say thank you to the staff!! We will be staying there again in October!”

• It was clean and close to all the attractions we went to.
• Street construction on main road hard to get in and out of.

• Liked the continental breakfast. The waffle maker is great. Close to fast food.
• Front desk was not very friendly. Did not accommodate request for a bigger bed. Hallway smelled like smoke.

• Convenient location - clean - affordable.
• Small bathroom. Full size bed was somewhat small for us.

“I found this hotel to meet my needs for the time I had to spend. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and stocked. Breakfast included was a nice treat and had a generous selection of items.”

• Location was close to the wrestling event.
• By railroad track. Loud and bright. Hard to sleep.

• The room was clean and had enough space to move easily in.
• Only one ice machine, breakfast bar not set up early enough.

“Nice hotel, would stay again. The only problem is MapQuest driving directions not accurate enough. Real problem because there are other hotels with the same name in very close proximity to this one.”

• Great breakfast service.
• Staff was not professional.

“Staff was unprofessional, talking on phones and each other while we waited to check in & again in the morning while we waited for the breakfast to open. Main restroom off the breakfast eating area was broke but did not have a sign indicating as such. Rooms were clean. Hallways leading to our non-smoking room smelled like it used to be smoking rooms.”

• Upgraded to a King Single. Room was very clean and spacious. Good for business traveler.
• Exterior was in less than ideal condition. Poor location but suited my needs.

• The clean continental breakfast.
• Two rooms on both levels were boarded up, etc. it was a little scary looking.

“The location was convenient but not safe for a lone traveler. The rooms were clean but my bed had a mattress cover on it that did not fit or cover the mattress totally. The employees were very nice and helpful.”

• The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
• Bathroom was in poor repair, lots of mildew and damaged door.

“This hotel is fine if you just want somewhere to crash for the night. It is not in the best part of town but at least all the hallways are interior so you do feel somewhat secure. It is close to the amusement park and water park and several fast food restaurants which are nice if you are only there for a little while. I would check out other hotels in the area before I stayed at this one again. The staff was very helpful.”
