• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• There were no amenities: wifi, DVD player, pool.

“The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was clean, but the first room I was shown (non smoking) smelled horribly of smoke. I was given a second room which was fine. There was very little noise from outside, even though I was near the front desk and the elevator.”

• The big footed clown up stairs at 5 am.

“It was clean and quiet off the main street but not much, so no street noise but very accessible; the staff gave us pointers and directions where to go and was very pleasant.”

• The refrigerator was clean.

• Clean, staff was friendly.
• Strong chemical odor in room, bed was worst I've ever slept on.

“The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The odor (cleaning products) in the room was overwhelming and the mattress was hard as a rock. The decor was very basic. It did have all of the kitchen amenities.”

• Cooking odors coming from other rooms.

“Great location. Clean comfortable rooms! Cooking odors seemed to creep into my room at 7-9PM each night. I guess when you stay at a hotel with kitchenettes that is always a possibility. I now carry an air freshener with me.”

“Located right off us 17 in mt pleasent, this hotel offers a no-frills place to call home for those needing an extended stay home base. Near restaurants, and not to far from I-26.”

• Laundry room facilities. Great for families with kids!
• Very limited rooms with two beds
  Most had just one queen.

“Great hotel for a small family on a budget. It's not a luxurious hotel, but very practical. The laundry room facilities and in room kitchen were very helpful, especially if you plan to spend time at the beach. Great location hotel is centrally located between both Charleston and the Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island beaches. Easy access to everything!”

• Convenient to have efficiency for a family outing.
• Room smelled dingy.

“Overall a good hotel in a nice part of town on Mount Pleasant. It would have been nice to have an efficiency like this had we stayed a longer time at the hotel. It was a clean hotel, but the room smelled musty. Would visit again, especially if we plan an extended stay.”

• For an 8 year old facility, maintained well. Very quiet.
• Limited cable access.

“Overall a great hotel with modern accommodations. Allowed us to enjoy the three day trip to Mt. Pleasant, SC., and the surrounding Charleston, SC. area.”
