• It was convenient and very inexpensive.
• The exercise room was not air conditioned.

“It was a little hard to find on our navigator because the address does not match with the information we were given. Also, we could not find the phone number of the motel easily. The staff person was very helpful. We used the exercise room, but it was not air conditioned. I would recommend air conditioning the room. Thank you.”

• Helpfulness and cordiality of staff.
• Despite large signs close to motel, it was difficult to locate due to being tucked away behind another building.

• Swimming pool.
• Hot tub was broken.

“I liked this hotel expect for the fact that the hot tub was broken. The hot tub was the one thing that we were looking forward to the most to help us relax.”

• Neat and friendly; basic amenities.
• Bed was very uncomfortable.

“If the quality of the mattress was improved, this would be a good, low-cost facility for people who will not be spending a lot of time in the room. The room was basic and serviceable, but not luxurious. A small refrigerator in the room was a nice surprise.”
