This Oceanfront hotel has 102 guest rooms and is located just five minutes by cab to Bal Harbour, and 10 minutes to the Art Deco district. A bus station is located in front of the hotel's bi-level parking garage. The hotel offers breakfast buffet 'all you can eat/children eat free' a Pool bar that serves exotic drinks, guest laundry room and a game room with billiards and video games. We have a few types of stores to choose from including Tobacco store, Fishing equipment rentals, Beachwear store and a beauty salon.

“Lovely old art deco hotel in a fun district of South Beach, close to restaurants and a publix, with a refrigerator in our room, overlooks the ocean and a pretty pool area, easy access to our car, overall we were just thrilled with our price!!!”

I liked the staff. They were very helpful.
I don't like the parking garage.

Somewhat rude help staff, rooms need some upkeeping, and parking is only good for the day you pay even if you arrive at 10PM

“Decent for the price I got it for, but could use some upkeeping to give it a bit more allure, right now it looks a bit dingy”
