• Location was amazing and the views were unbelievable.
• The bathroom didn't have a door, it had a shower curtain like contraption, pay 22 to part (not included).

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone, it was in the heart of everything, we didn't have to get in our car once.”

• The location is perfect if looking for a place to party in Sobe.
• Front desk was rude to me at check out!

“Overall this is an old run down hotel that may have renovated the rooms a few years ago but there is little evidence of that today. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the next room. Another problem was the hotel took a copy of my credit card to prove I stayed there. When I asked to get the copy back at check out I was rudely told no and that policy dictated this. This is a major risk for fraud! All I wanted was to cross out some information so my credit card number could not be stolen. This after they took my drivers license and swiped my credit card. In such a poorly run establishment there is no guarantee that my information would be safe guarded. Stay somewhere else!”

• Being close to beach and convention center.
• Small rooms.

“For the money the hotel is not bad. Great location, good restaurant at hotel with many more nearby, and friendly staff. The downside is the size of the room. As my roommate stated "You are either in bed or out of the room". For a single person I am not sure this would be bad, but for two it was a bit tight.”

• Location on the beach is nice.
• Walls are thin; rooms / bathrooms are uncomfortably small.

“South beach was hosting an art show on a1a, and the street where the hotel is located was closed so we had to find a parking garage down the street and pay $20 to park and schlep our luggage a few blocks to the hotel. The room is equipped with a refrigerator which in the middle of the night for no reason began to make a noise almost like a lawn mower for about 45 minutes, and then the refrigerator in the next room did the same (unfortunately I could hear it through the walls!) The bathroom is very small, and the sink is so small that I got water all over the floor just by washing my face. The hotel did not offer any reimbursements for our parking situation, and nothing on the website indicated that we would have to pay for off-site parking.”

• It had an awesome location on ocean drive.
• Room was tiny. A/C didn't work. Staff was rude. They kept adding extra charges.

“I am 100% unsatisfied with my stay at Waldorf towers. The pictures on the internet make the hotel look a lot nicer. The rooms were tiny and the air conditioning didn't work. I could not get my room to drop below 80 degrees. We even tried switching rooms and we had the same results. The hotel staff was extremely rude and did not care if we were pleased or not. The bathrooms were smaller than a cubicle and the shower handle kept falling off. The only positive thing I can say about the hotel is that the food was great. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even a stranger.”

• The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. We forgot clothes in both rooms and they were mailed to us promptly.
• One of our two rooms was shabbily furnished.

“Great location right on Ocean Drive across from the beach, with soundproof windows. Excellent food in their dining area. The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Not a luxury hotel, not for business travelers, but if you want to experience Miami Beach this is an excellent choice right in the middle of everything.”

• They provided bathrobes and great amenities in the room.
• No complaints at all, everything was great.

“The location in South Beach could not have been better and the hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful with all my questions regarding my stay. I would stay there again it was such a good experience.”

• Close to everything.
• I did not like the size of the room and the size of the bathroom.

“My friend and I stayed there for four nights and thought the hotel was what it claim to be. On the website, it was beautiful, romantic, and spacious but when we enter the room, it was not what we expected. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room was constantly cold, there wasn't enough blanket to keep us warm. The bathroom was small and the drainage to the shower were not draining. We found the ground was flooded with water after we finish showering. It took a while for the water to drain completely. I would not stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone. Although, the cleaning lady were nice and accommodate our stay.”

• The location was superb--close to the beach, great restaurants, and night life.
• The front desk staff was rude, the windows are filthy, the rugs in the hallways are deplorable, and the elevator was constantly broken.

“You can't beat the location if you want to be in the center of South Beach. The hotel could be greatly improved if the management paid closer attention to being customer friendly, repaired things that are in need of repair (elevator, moldings, paint), and cleaned that which is filthy (floors, windows, rugs in common areas).
