• Location, price, style and service, that's as.
• The parking situation is abysmal, but that is south beach for you.

“I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my stay at the as hotel. For the price the hotel can not be beat. The location is incredible and the beds are comfortable. I loved the outside porch/patio. It's a great place to sit out and enjoy a warm night with a cool drink in hand. The staff was incredibly accommodating; allowing my travel party a very early check in time after a long voyage. My only real complaint is the lack of parking. Paying for parking on new year's cost me almost as much as the hotel itself.”

“Excellent location and friendly staff, great spot to explore south beach, rooms basic and so would not recommend if you want hotel for more than base and a bed, for latter it is perfect for price.”

• I was given two free drink tickets which I thought was inviting. I enjoyed the breakfast bar each morning. The staff was very fast at troubleshooting.

• Big windows in corner rooms, helpful bellmen, nice porch or pool area.
• Construction across street, Clevelander Hotel behind it is loud on weekends.

“We've stayed at several different South Beach hotels during Winter Music Conference in March, and this one was the best so far. We enjoyed the central location, the amenities offered, the staff and the atmosphere. We would stay again.”

• Size of the room.
• Hallway is dirty. Nobody (staff) at the bar.

“We had one room with 3 people. The room was pretty big and comfortable. (one king bed, one sofa bed, two small couch and two bar tool with table). It is not super clean and new hotel but It is good price and good size room for 2-4 people. I wish they had a good bar.”

• Good location, large size suite, friendly staff.
• Security an issue, many non-guests hanging out on ledge outside hotel, drinking, smoking marijuana and causing trouble.

“Very good location, close to everything. Suite was larger than expected, plenty of room. Staff friendly, helpful. My biggest concern was safety, they should have security guards to ensure that these non-guests are not hanging around the property, doing illegal things!”

• Good Location, one block off Ocean Ave. Great dining and nightlife in walking distance.
• The art deco rooms weren't as nice as I had expected, but acceptable.

“Overall its a great hotel if you want to save a bit to be one block of off South Beach's infamous Ocean Ave. By walking one block you have access to a variety of dining and nightlife options. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. After we checked out they watched our luggage so we could walk around till our flight left. The room itself is stale old art deco decor, but if all you're doing is sleeping there why fuss.”
