• Location of hotel, interior decor, size of room, kitchen.
• Continental breakfast wasn't the best.

“The hotel was in an excellent location and had gated parking next door. The rooms were suites with a full kitchen and were beautifully decorated. Separate room with computer and internet access. Hotel staff was friendly. I would definitely return.”

• Euro design.
• Uncomfortable. Big room but claustrophobic since only view of two dumpster alleys.

“A really bad choice except for someone who wishes to club all night and sleep all day. Except for 8 am very loud dumpster activities. Even the porch chairs were hard and very uncomfortable. No place to relax, in room or on premises. Breakfast was the worst. One day it was just a basket of loaf bread, toaster, and little packs of jam and butter. Staff weren't unpleasant, just indifferent. Design interesting, but a dog of a place at $170 a night.”

• The hardwood floors, great and helpful staff, location, modern style decor, clean.
• Smelled like someone was smoking somewhere in the hotel and a lot of cleaning products were used to try and cover sent.

“This hotel was in a great location. Central to everything we wanted to do. The full kitchen was a nice added bonus. We saved so much money by having a large refrigerator to keep drinks, snacks and leftovers in. The only things that would have made it better were if it was directly on the beach and if it had a pool. But most of the hotels in south beach with pools on the beach are much more expensive. The room it's self was nice and very clean. I really loved the hardwood floor instead of carpet. I also really liked the lighting. The bathroom was very modern and clean, but there was no full-length mirror. If the hotel wants to improve it's self, I would recommend sweeping the floor a little more often and putting a new sponge on the sink for each new guest. There was free coffee, muffins, bagels, toast and orange juice in the morning. The hotel staff was warm and friendly. They definitely made our stay more enjoyable.”

• Excellent experience and will return again.
• There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

“The service was excellent and friendly all day every day. The hotel was clean and excellent condition and I have stayed at all types of hotel in Miami and this one is fare the best I will be come a regular at the hotel and I don't see my self look for another location.”

• Very clean and comfortable. Great location for the price!
• Since it is right on Collins avenue. There is some street noise at night.

“I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was in a great location to walk to all of the south beach night life.”

• Comfort in the art deco district's dining, shopping, & beach area.
• No pool, mini bar prices are crazy.

“Nassau Suite Hotel was a nice get away. Only real complaints were the lack of a pool and prices at the mini bar. $6 for a coke when there's a gas station/market just out the door? Might actually sell some bar items if they were priced more reasonably. Being a block from the beach makes the lack of a pool almost trivial. Head a few blocks north to Lincoln for shopping and dining.”

• Night service person (man).

“Only complaint is the man at night was hard to find, did not seem competent, left the facility unattended. This did not give a feeling of confidence and security. The woman during the day was extremely helpful and attentive”

• Great location, great staff, great hotel for the money.
• It rained for like 3 days straight, and my roof started leaking. They moved me though, into a bigger room!

• Great room for the price, with excellent location.
• No Pool and Expensive parking.

“Hotel was everything that I expected and more. the rooms were great with excellent setting and great decoration. The bathroom was small but the rest of the room made up for it. would definitely recommend it and will stay there again.”
