• Clean nice floors and bath.
• Noisy, room has to closet.

• It was very clean and the location was spectacular!
• The room was small.

“This place had an outstanding location, right across the street from South Beach. It was clean and classy looking with a wood floor. The only down was that it was kind of small.”

• It was a block from the beach.
• Parking was horrendous. Avoid taking a car if possible.

• Very charming and comfortable.
• It was at the farthest end of South Beach.

“I loved this hotel. The staff was great. The room was charming. Everything was small, but the space was used well. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!”

• Friendly staff, great location.
• Rooms were a bit small and outdated.

“The hotel was located on Ocean Drive, the most popular strip in South Beach. It was the art deco style and the beach was just across the street. The weekends in South Beach are quite lively and loud, so be prepared for that.”

• Low, uncomfortable to use sink in bathroom.

• Walking distance to attractions.
• Valet parking which caused scratches on my car.

“This is a typical South Beach hotel that was fairly clean but very small. Our room had a view of the neighbor's computer room and the dish room of the restaurant below us. This hotel is fine if you don't mind the sound of restaurant workers and the dish room until 1 in the morning and the overwhelming smell of garlic again due to the Italian restaurant next door.”

• It had internet available.
• Cramped, small hotel room, not enough towels, tiny bathroom, poor and loud location, stained sheets, no surface at all in room in put anything.

“This hotel was in an area where we had to pay for parking, we were charged $25 extra per night for an extra bed (two queens), the room was so small that there were literally inches between beds and wall with no surface to put anything so we bumped our legs a lot. The bathroom sink had a narrow glass shelf right above it so that when you bent down to rinse you bumped your head. The sheets were stained.”

• No microwave, no glasses/coffee machine in individual room.

“The location is amazing! Just two minutes' walk from beach. There is breakfast, although it not quite desirable. I appreciated the friendly manner of the front desk very much. But there is no glasses, no coffee machine, no microwave in the room where I stayed. Overall, it is good for the price.”

• 2 free drinks, continental breakfast, beach towels, & chairs (all part of additional daily amenities charges).
• Management, old decor, musty smell, carpet, again management.

“Definitely not as cute and nice as it seems online. Mediocre at best. I've seen ratings of 4-stars and was shocked when we showed up because this is far from it. If it was once truly considered 3 or even 4-stars then this place has definitely gone downhill. The hotel hallways and rooms smelled like mildew and we were given a dirty towel to which management said that it was not possible (even after showing them) because they claim they always inspect them (which I¿m sure they do), throw out dirty towels, etc, but our filthy towel somehow bypassed their inspection. They (the manager and 2 housekeeping employees) kept arguing with us and didn't even apologize. On a positive note, the front desk and bartender were pleasant at least. I¿d will definitely stay one of the many other nicer hotels for a few bucks more.”
