“For the money, its a decent hotel. I would have rather paid a few extra dollars and stayed on Ocean Blvd. It is EXTREMELY noisy at night (it sounded like the windows were wide open). Staff is friendly and room was clean. Reminded me of a place I'd stay on Spring Break in college, not really very relaxing.”

“I
would not stay in this hotel ever again it was moldy in the shower and on the carpet. the air conditioner was leaking on the floor next to my bag, and when we tried to tell the
owner he said this is south beach its a party city so whatever, and no door man to help us with the bag don't go there unless you are desperate.”

“If you are young or want to travel (cheap), this is the place to crash. Leave the hotel and see all of Miami.”

“The hotel had a poor view from our room, yet it made up for that by only being a block from the beach. The water got hot as soon as it was turned on and the room stayed moderately cool. Unfortunately there was some new construction during our stay which awoke us before our desired time. Staff was friendly, yet unorganized. Some members either didn't speak English or didn't understand it well. There is a $20 night charge for parking if you want to park in one of their spots. Pool area was clean, linens where clean, room was clean. Overall a good experience.”

“Other than a dirty shower curtain and the tile in the pool needing some serious attention. The place was real nice. I live in Miami and I will probably stay there again as a getaway. It is in an Ideal location for going to all of South Beach attractions. The Parking situation Stinks. They do not have parking for everyone. So be aware. The place is nice and I would stay again.”

“We had to wait over 30 minutes to get into our room. The bathroom resembles a dorm bathroom. Some of the rooms are in the stairwell, literally. Nice flat screen TV in the rooms. Bar has great drinks.”

“Although in a good location, the hotel property was dated, not very clean, and the rooms were disappointing. I won't stay in this hotel on my next trip to south beach and wouldn't recommend to others.”

“The hotel is convenient for all the South Beach hot spots. It is a 2 star hotel with all the basic accommodations for a hotel room.”

“Do not go to this hotel. The staff was arrogant and unhelpful. They were doing construction on the hotel during high season! Loud noises of construction the entire stay inside and outside the hotel. Nightmare. The staff acted like we were bothering them by paying them money for their room.”

“The front desk clerk was nice. Very Old hotel. I expected more. Hotel smelled good. but the halls floors were rotten and rooms were strange. Everything (which wasn't much) was white. The curtains were sheers with blood stains. bathroom was in a closet, no lamps, windows broken so noise was loud all night. small 14 inch TV, which we had to move the coffee table onto another table to actually watch it from the bed. I was a little scared, so we put our luggage against the door for the night. AC worked but it was a room by room old machine. I thought I was getting a 3 star hotel, but now that I see it was a 2.5 star I guess that explains it. My spouse and I were just stopping in Miami Fl after a romantic cruise and I wanted to make the last 2 days of our trip romantic and I was very disappointed.”

“This hotel was conveniently location on the northern end of Miami's South Beach. We booked this room for a short stay before our cruise. The rooms are very small. There isn't much room besides the beds, TV, and bathroom. Overall the room was fairly clean (I've dealt with worse) although they were using a freshener that was very strong. I'd recommend for a one night stay before a cruise but would not make this my vacation week long destination.”

“Great value if you are looking to be in south beach and are not planning on spending a lot of time in you room except to sleep; with regards to sleeping - the beds are very comfortable. All white with European-style duvets and clean duvet covers (not dirty comforters!); there are black-out shades so you can sleep late after a long night; great value!”

“Would not recommend to anyone. They make you py an extra $7.50 per day to use their amenities for the beach, even if you're not using the beach. The cleaning products were far too strong and there was no ventilation in the rooms to despite the smell, gave me a headache. The television got terrible reception and the remote did not work. The alarm clock made a hideous sound, so we had to unplug it. The sheets were very cheap, as was everything in the room (literally everything from IKEA).”
