“Stay away from this hotel. The staff was very rude and was not helpful in making us happy. The room was so disgusting that it hurt me to stay there, the shower, carpet was the most disgusting thing I ever seen, we had to remove the shower curtains because it had mold on it, and the staff did not replace it and we had no cleaning service. The Henrosa Hotel makes me so nerve to ever visit Miami again because the experience there is indescribable. There is so much more I could say about Henrosa but it would only upset me all over again. I am just warning people to stay away from this hotel.”

“Staff was extremely not professional; rooms were dirty and smelly, pieces of foot skin on floors. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.”

“The worst you can imagine. Smelly, dirty, no furniture, no a/c, looked unsafe. They had just painted, room full of fumes, windows open to Nasty courtyard; no pillows, no towels, no toilet paper. I walked in and walked out. The staff didn't seem surprised and clearly didn't care. All this at $177 a night during art Basel Miami beach. They should not be allowed to be in business.”

“Too bad I have to give it a 1 as 0 wasn't an option. Run down falling apart dump, rooms are smell musty because the AC doesn't work worth a darn. The bugs seem to think it's a nice place to stay though! Rude staff ignores you and speak poor English too.”

“An ideally situated hotel where no frills cheap accommodation meets Miami's south beach district. It is nestled in the art deco district so there are lots to see, especially as you head down the beach front or along Lincoln road for some great shopping. The rooms are Spartan and not particularly clean with four walls, a decent-sized bed, a bar fridge, television and a grubby bathroom with shower. If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is it. The staff will occasionally grunt at you, but are friendly enough. For a cheap hotel, it should be clean and tidy. I don't want to tell you what I found under my bed.”

“Terrible, hotel. I would not recommend it to anybody. At first the lobby seemed nice, but when we entered the room it was a big disappointment. It smelled really bad and it was dirty. There is a broken lamp and the one on the sealing did not work either. The only light was from the floor lamp. The sheets were tainted and the pillow cases did not match. Bathroom - disgusting, it still had hairs all over. Do not stay there.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We did not stay at this hotel because when we entered the lobby it smelled bad. We asked to see a room. The room they showed us was not clean yet, but it smelled so bad, that no cleaning that the hotel staff could have done before we checked in would have made a difference. It smelled so bad that we had to put our shirts over our nose. There was tile falling off the wall in the bathroom. I would rather sleep in my car then stay here. One other bad thing is they have no parking on site.”

“It's an old hotel which needs refurbishment. No fresh air supply to corridors nor to the rooms. They installed air fresheners in the corridors to conceal the fresh air problem. No room service, you'll find the room as you left in the morning. Bathtub drain was clogged it took two days to open it. I don't advise to anybody.”

“The hotel was in an excellent location, beach was one block away. However! We had a late check in and our room was given to another group so we had to stay in another room for one night. It was disgusting! Huge stain on the wall, it smelled gross and you could hear loud techno music from the hotel across the street. If you are there just to party then it's a great hotel, if you want to get to bed before 1am bring ear plugs if you're in the front part of the hotel.”
