• I enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel as well as the helpful, warm attitude from all its staff.
• The gym could be better furnished.

“This hotel is one of the hidden gems in Miami. Everyone from the manager, to the front staff makes you feel like family and everything is done to ensure your stay is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is a dream. Highly recommended to those who want to relax and enjoy the essence of Miami.”

• The kitchen staff was very nice, and the cook even came out to check to see how everything was. Beautiful!
• Not prepared for loud construction, and we not told when checking in. Had to call desk twice to stop the drilling, and pipes clanking in the walls.

“Despite at first loud construction that were not told of during RSVP or, when checking in that day. We were also not told that there was a daily parking fee with the valet parking, which I could have sworn was free, or inclusive. Overall, the staff was very friendly, and the private beach made it all flow together like heaven.”

• Toilet overflowed from upstairs into our room. Windows leaked during storm.

“Outdated. Toilet overflowed from upstairs into our room. Windows leaked during storm. Staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. All rooms have fridge, microwave and stove/oven. Clean but outdated.”

• Very good value considering it has a pool, and beach.
• Communication barrier.

“Nice lobby, friendly staff (not always helpful though). Nice large pool area, with direct beach access. About 20-30 minutes from Miami International.”
