“This one of the most appalling experiences that I have ever had. This hotel is loaded with mold. It took for ever to get my car. I doubt I will ever stay in a Sheraton again. An Awful Experience.”

“Very nice hotel and in a nice location off the strip of South Beach. There is a beautiful beach a short walk from the pool and a nice view from the room. All in all it was a nice hotel except for the fact that there was a huge, I am talking a hundred if not more international teens there and that made the pool and the elevators a bit chaotic. The only real negative thing about the hotel I have to say is that the elevators were filthy dirty, as if no one had vacuumed them in days, but I guess it was probably because of the amount of kids running around, but it still should have been noticed by staff and cleaned up. Its not the most beautiful or modern in south beach but good for the money.”

“Very comfy and much better. Great restaurant. Hotel right on the beach. Good pool, boardwalk, tiki bar fitness center pretty good. Avoid the valet parking and use the garage across the street in front and mention you are a guest. I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are small though and the elevators are slow but are scheduled for repair. I think the chains trying to restore this hotel to a high standard. Enjoyed it!”

“The hotel was gorgeous inside and out. We fit five girls in one room. It was comfortable and spacious compared to other hotels that on South Beach. We enjoyed the gorgeous looking hotel guests. Parking cost more than the other hotels and the location is about 3 miles away from night life.”

“The hotel staff was great and upgraded my room because of my status with Star wood. Everything in my room appeared to be from the 80s. The vents were falling out of the ceiling and contained much rust, the bathroom sink did not drain well, the floors were old and worn out. In the morning I realized there were many long black hairs in the tub/shower and on the shower curtain.”

“Overall it was a good fit. The walls and carpets need work but the staff was for the most part very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were cleaned early no real problems. Maybe more chairs at the pool.”

“Room was somewhat clean but old. Common areas (especially around the pool/grounds was littered and messy. Hot tub was full of chemicals and too strong to sit in. Loved being so close to the beach. I thought the staff was friendlier than expected. Over all it was a good experience.”

“I was not happy because of the elevators not working and the fitness center not properly equipped. For a three star hotel I would expect more. The bathroom was not clean and the cable kept going out.”

“Has the appearance of being a very good hotel at one time, no old and needs remodeling. Elevators, TV signal quality and remote operation just awful. Called housekeeping to replace remote - after the 4th remote - we found one that worked intermittently! No or few services within walking distance - stores, restaurants, etc. Parking situation is bad. Nearby construction of hotels/roads may bode well for the future, but now just adds noise and congestion.”

“I were given two doubles to sleep on instead of the King we requested-We were locked out of our room twice and had to go back downstairs and get new keys. The movies were "out of order" both nights.”

“If you don't mind musty rooms, then you will like this hotel, the bed was comfy and the hotel itself had a nice lobby, facilities, pool area and restaurant with good food.”
